Nivardo and his team were fantastic! They finished the inside of a backyard studio. They were quick, did exactly what they said they were going to, and were very communicative. I am already looking for other projects for them as I feel like I finally found a team that was reliable, knowledgeable, and fairly priced!

Nivardo and his team did a great job installing LVP on my staircase and loft. There was a hiccup with some materials coming in, but he maintained great communication throughout the whole process. I’ve heard horror stories of contractors disappearing mid-project, but I never once had that concern dealing with Nivardo. They did an excellent job and I am looking forward to having them do some more work around my house in the future.

A couple months ago I got a Trex Foggy Wharf deck installed at a 45 degree angle with a Trex Clamshell boarder, and I absolutely love it! It’s a 32x12ft deck. I got a ton of contractors out to quote the job and ALFA Home Improvements were by far the most genuine, experienced, affordable, and prepared contractor. I couldn’t recommend them more for any home improvements you may have. I will definitely use them on future projects!

Alfa home improvement just completed a redue of the area in our day lite basement where we had a new furnace installed. The was floor tile to install , wall board to replace , metal corners to install , sheet rock mudding , sanding , and paint. In addition Niva installed a new deck post using his laser system to make sure things were level. He also reset an outside electric box that was loose from a deck post.last project was to repair a long crack in my garage floor.This is A great home improvement contractor. The thing I like most was the quality of his work, the way he covered the floors and walls to protect the adjacent area to his work area.The work area was cleaned up spotless each day. Thank for a great job

Nivardo and his team turned my bay window which was pretty useless into a beautiful open-air sunroom. They were professional, listened to me as we discussed different aspects of the build, and in general, were a pleasure to work with. The work was high quality -- easily passing inspections. Costs were as expected and all add-ons were discussed and captured via addendums so no issues with final total. I would highly recommend Nivardo and his team and would definitely hire them again should the need arise.

We love what Navardo and his team did to our home. Full extension on our patio with new concrete, firewood shed, main shed, built a fence around our property, painted the entire house. Top notch quality and reasonable prices. We will be going through an interior remodel with Navardo in our near future.

Nivardo and his team are great! They replaced my front walkway last year and I brought them back to complete my back deck last month. Very reliable. They listened to my needs and offered exactly what I asked for, making sure all details were thought out. The cost of the project was competitive too. I fully trust them and their work, they operate with honesty and integrity. They also go above and beyond… they were caulking an area and saw other things on my home that needed caulking (not related to the job I was paying them for) and they just took care of it. I highly recommend Alfa Home Improvements!

Nivardo was recommended by two of our neighbors. We needed a deck tear down and new trex deck as well as some window trim replacement. We are very pleased with our new deck it brought a lot of enjoyment back to our outdoor space. Equally important to us in a contractor (from experience) is great communication both with us and team members performing the work. Nivardo and his team were fantastic. To be honest we missed seeing the guys once they were done. Definitely recommend!

We hired ALFA to build our custom designed ADU, and they were excellent in every way. They framed a very difficult design, using their deep experience and skill to make needed changes in the field, from the foundation to finishing work, they were impeccable. I cannot begin to express how strongly we recommend ALFA for any project. They are worth their weight in gold. Managing the build ourselves, for the first time, ALFA also advised us on the many trade specialists who worked on the build. Each and every one of those recommended by ALFA were splendid. On top of all, they are quality people, which makes all the difference. You can do no better than ALFA for your project.

We met Nivardo, by chance, in a restaurant. We heard him on the phone talking with one of his subs about a project he has doing, and the timing couldn’t have been better. You see, our house had been demo’d and our contractor had walked out on the job leaving us without a big chunk of money and a huge, unsafe mess.

Nivardo came to our home the next day, and the rest is history. He rescued us from our nightmare and made our home beautiful! Our only regret is that we hadn’t met him first!

He transformed our kitchen and master bath. Plus…he upgraded our electrical panel, gas line in the kitchen, retextured our ceilings, changed the molding around our doorframes and windows, and put hardwood floors throughout our lower level. We are so happy with the outcome and couldn’t be more grateful to Nivardo and his team.
