These people are amazing. Let me count the ways: 1) they are very thorough 2) the owners treat their employees well from what I can tell 3) they’re sweet as pie.

I can’t say enough about this company! We love them and have used them for years! Very thorough, great communication and attention to detail! Friendly staff and very comfortable with them in my home, even while away. I would highly recommend them whether it’s for a small job or regular service.

Murray Hill maids is the best company ever. I contacted them a couple years ago to help a elderly neighbor friend of mine. His house was a total mess. Literally cobwebs everywhere and such filth. I was so scared they would say no sorry not interested. Instead they went in with a great attitude and tackled the whole 1100 square foot home. Thanks to Denise and her team at Murray Hill maids. Jerry lived in a clean comfortable environment the last 2 years that he got to live in his home. I would highly recommend Murray Hill maids. They are a brave team of women. That are willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. They truly care about their clients. Thank you so much Denise. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Jerry for me.

Friendly staff, multiple person crew. We ended service twice after trying monthly cleaning. Just not very thorough about items (poor dusting, consistently missing items in kitchen and baths).

We would have to go over after each visit for missed items. Even found a couple things damaged and when we tried to share feedback (not for responsibility or payment but to prevent in future they just got defensive).

Ultimately, we found competitors that charged the same but included more in their routine cleaning costs (bed making, interior windows, etc).

Overall okay for a one time deep clean but not great for regular cadence.
