Conrad Heating and Cooling has been to my house three times. The first time was to repair the air conditioning during a heat wave last summer. The second and third were for routine maintenance. All were great experiences: Easy to schedule an appointment. Clear and helpful communication throughout the process. Reasonable rates for services. Quick and efficient repairs with good results. Very professional. I'm glad I called them.

Conrad heating is my HVAC go to company. They’ve done my heating/cooling tune-ups in my home for a year now. As a first time home owner, I appreciate their attention to detail and how well they explain the problems to me without brushing me off or getting me to buy unnecessary things. Had an issue with venting in my house and it turned out it was an electronic damper that was stuck. In any other situation, I would’ve been told I needed a new one. But he experimented with the two thermostats in the home and said it worked fine for now after he got it unstuck but to keep an eye on it. I now have air flowing into my living room which is great. And next time I have an issue with the air flow, I’ll know what the problem is and who to call when it’s time to get it replaced.

I had a great experience with Conrad Heat and Cooling. They came out to clean my AC pump, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of their work. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing.

They took the time to explain what needed to be done and walked me through the process step by step. The technician was thorough and made sure everything was cleaned and working properly before leaving. Since the cleaning, my system has been running more efficiently and much quieter than before.

It’s rare to find service this reliable and honest these days. I’ll definitely be using Conrad Heat and Cooling again and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service done right.

Impressed with the smooth process getting a quote through installation of the new heat pump and furnace. Conrad made sure to place the new unit far enough from our gas regulator, even though it required redoing an initial install. Also appreciate them handling new equipment registration with the manufacturer.

My experience with Conrad is always great - including my most recent one. They were able to get me in the same day I booked an appointment. Dmitry was amazing. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my older Carrier unit and be completely transparent on repair and pricing (Voltage Absorption System and Compressor Starting Kit). Less than an hour later my AC was up and working again. Conrad has always been efficient and extremely professional.

Dimitry gave me thorough estimate for a heat pump install in less than 20 minutes. He answered all of my questions clearly and succinctly. He knows his business.

Very much recommend Conrad HVAC. We replaced a 30year old furnace and a/c unit with a new heat pump. the installation was in the crawl space and not easy. The installers did an excellent job and were friendly and professional. The quote was the lowest, of the 4 contractors interviewed. I would gladly use Conrad again in the future, and suggest that you give them a shot.

Dimetry was fast with his diagnosis and gave a reasonable price for repair. He offered a couple of additional services that we chose to add on but there was no pressure whatsoever. Our AC was back up and running in a couple hours. Great professional service.

I needed emergency service and a technician was scheduled to come to my home within three hours. Dmitry was great, did a quick fix for the problem and scheduled a follow-up to make the final repairs.

I bought a new furnace as mine was broken, they installed it quickly and professionally, answered all my stupid questions and were very patient. They just performed a service visit and it was done quickly and he answered any questions I had.
