All reviews for SavATree

They are very good at identifying problems, working to save trees when possible, and dealing with them efficiently when it's not possible. On-time, very transparent, efficient and great work as promised.

All three guys listened to me re being careful about not damaging my water feature just under the Aspen trees that were removed. They also asked me whether I thought the trimming of the Mt Ash was adequate. They cut the log rounds to my specification so that I can split and burn them in my wood stove once they dry in a few years.

General tree has applied pre-emergent for weed prevention for us since March of 2016. It is applied once in the spring and once in the fall and is the best thing we have every done for our yard. An investment that we will never give up!!! Not to mention that the people that do this application for us are dedicated to us and the maintenance of our yard. They are excellent!!!!!!

Your agent was courteous, knew what he was doing, and finished the work well done. Thanks!!!

All of the staff that we dealt with were very professional, knowledgeable, and provided detailed answers to our questions when asked. The Tree Trimming/Pruning crew that arrived at my home were on time and 3 very nice young gentlemen who provided us with details prior to and following the trimming/pruning process. I highly recommend this company for your Tree Trimming & Pruning.

Paul promptly gave us a cost estimate to prune two magnolia trees and Mike did a great job with the pruning. Reasonable price and great people. Highly recommend this company!

I am absolutely blown away by the exceptional level of customer service provided by this company. To my amazement, the President personally intervened to address my concerns regarding an additional invoice I received in error. With remarkable efficiency and care, he promptly resolved the issue on the very same day.

From our initial contact with our expert arborist Juan to our final wave goodbye as the crew left our place GTS was the exemplar of tree care.

Juan was friendly, kind, thoughtful and a good listener. He showed he valued our trees and was interested in what was best for them, individually AND collectively. He demonstrated concern for safety first, health second, and work last.

The crew was careful, meticulous and qualified. Each one of them was polite and friendly. Whenever I desired to ask for something, they gave me all their attention and carried it out as I desired.

Based on my experience I give GTS an unqualified AFFIRMATION as an expert and caring tree service and feel it would be VERY difficult for you to go wrong going with them.

the General tree service team did an excellent job of pruning and clean up. They worked together very well as a team. They had good knowledge of what needed to be done. They arrived on time with a good attitued and were very courteous. I will use them again.

General Tree has been my service for over 30 years ! They have the BEST people. Professional, Caring and know what they are doing. Juan Rodarte, Arborist is GREAT and so is his crew. Love the work they do --and the guys that were her for tree trimming on Feb 2nd, 2023 did an outstanding job--like always. Best sure to use General Tree--you will be more than happy.

Amazing company ! The service they provide is outstanding. Always more than one even expects. Outstanding employees with knowledge and caring. I appreciate them immensely and my garden does even more ! Because of them I was in the Portland Garden Show for many years, " what to do in the city with a tiny space " ...

The crew did a fantastic job on a 100 year old silver maple that required some specialized equipment and navigating overhead power lines. They were communicative and respectful. The tree looks great, healthy, and is clearly responding well to the prunning.

We are very pleased with the service provided by General Tree Service. They are responsive and professional. We were particular pleased with the observations Rhena made about mites being very active in some additional trees, and the visit by Juan to inspect and offer a solution. We highly recommend General Tree Service.

Paul was very kind to come look at the mature trees in my yard and give me very helpful advice. No labor was needed at the time, but he still came out and was friendly and helpful. They will have my business when I do need work done.

I have used General Tree service several times the past few years. They have a great crew. Very professional and on time. The crew is very courteous and caring as to what you want done. I will always call them again foe future needs.

The crew did a great job removing broken/dead/crossing tree branches from a large fir tree. They came on time and did a great cleanup job. The crew was professional and friendly. I was very happy with their service and would gladly recommend them.

GTS is not inexpensive, but their personalized service, competence, professionalism, communication, attention to detail, follow-up and reliability is excellent. We have been working with them for years and they just keep getting better. Mike works in our garden and supervises others who do as well; it always feels like a “hands on” consistent approach that means so much. We never feel like we are “being serviced” by random strangers. Iris is the garden designer at GTS and her design work and help on miscellaneous projects has been stellar. Other staff whom I have never met but have just talked to on the phone have all been great. AND their employees all seem to enjoy working there and most have been there for years! They seem like kind of a model for how to run a successful business. Five stars!!!

They did a great job of taking down two of the trees along our driveway. They were very careful and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional arborists.

General Tree/Savatree always does a great job of pruning our trees. They’re pleasant to work with, communicate well, and are very tidy! We’ve been using them for years!

General Tree Service did an outstanding job taking down three trees in decline. One was an 80 foot Western Red Cedar that was in my back yard, that was not easy to get to. They showed up on time and finished when promised. Their crews are top notch, I highly recommend General Tree Service.
Thanks
Mark

General Tree Service is a great company and did a much more than satisfactory job for us. We needed to have five invasive trees removed from our back yard and poisoned to stop their roots from continuing to grow. Two years later and no roots have appeared. General Tree Service did an excellent job for us. You can trust their work.
