Thank you so much for helping us out when we needed you. Norms electric is a great company that puts customers first.

They do quality work. I have had them perform several different jobs for us. I have NEVER had to have them come back to fix anything twice.
-
They did work for me and did a great job, If I were building a house and was subcontracting work. They would be who I would call. Office gals great too. Thank you Norms electric. 5 stars.

I have been using this company for the last several years. Always give great service and complete projects in a timely and professional manner. They also have a good reputation with other contractors. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality electrical work.

After attempting some DIY electrical work I realized it wasn't as simple as it looks on YouTube! Our past landlord went through Norms electrical and they were great to work with, so it was a no brainer to call them for our new place. The service was top notch from the receptionist to the electrician that came out to do the work. I highly recommend Norm's Electric!

Norm's Electric did a great job wiring our new home. Rick was easy to work with when he marked where we wanted jacks, switches, lights, and circuits. He was helpful in recommending locations of fixtures and seemed very knowledgeable about what would work well. They are low cost but do quality work. His wiring was neat and he completed the job within a couple of days.

Norm's Electric did an exceptional job at a great price. I won't be going to anyone else for any future electrical work. They were responsive, honest, helpful, and quality of work was above reproach. They went above and beyond and were flexible when things came up. They were very busy and still made time to get my project done. Best electricians in the area, hands down.

I have had Norm's come and do work at my home several times. They rewired my kitchen for me, installed a bathroom fan, repaired the wiring behind my dishwasher, and added exterior outlets for me. They are incredibly nice, and absolutely professional. They are always busy which is indicative of exceptional work and service, well worth waiting for. Without question they deserve a 5 star review!!!

While after a couple of days they finally got a hold of me. And they did the work the work they did was excellent. If it wasn't for the message up at the start it would've been great. The people were friendly. And the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend them to do the electrical work. And I would hire them again. Thank you John

I echo Kathleen Woods "Wow" review. Be sure to clarify whether you will be having one employee, or more, working on your project.
We had a single outlet installed on existing wiring. One employee. Took about 40-45 minutes. Very professional. A month later we had another outlet installed on existing wiring. Same setup. Two employees showed up, tho. An apprentice was with the same pro who had installed the first outlet.
Again, very professional. About 40 minutes. However, we had to pay an hour extra for the apprentice worker's time for the exact same project. -
Own told me the job would cost $100 per hour. That the job would take less than 1 Hour. He showed up to the job site and told me it would cost $100 plus parts? He told me, "I have to pay the other guy that showed up. I asked him what the extra $128 was for. He told me to look on my box for a sticker. He said he had to pull a permit for the work. lol long story short. The owner should have told me he planed to have another person at my house and he needed to pull a permit sticker.

Wow,I did not realize when a person hires an Electrician and brings a Apprentice in learning with him, you have to pay for both of them being there, Never heard of this! We only needed a light switch hooked up" which we already had" to wiring already in the wall, and they hung our chandelier which also the wiring was already to go in the ceiling and they Charged almost $300.00, we live in Holley, so travel was not the problem.Needless to say we will not be calling them again.

I am very disappointed. I called on November 2, 2020. I was told an electrician would call me back to schedule an appointment to do the work I needed. It is now November 18, 2020 and I have not received a call. I did call the office to check as to why I have not received a call. I was told they were too booked up. Well, being busy is a good thing, but 16 days and I must call back. Not good customer service. I will find a different company, with better customer service.

Called them to get someone to call me back for an estimate after 1 week still no call for estimate scheduling. They were highly recommended to me from a friend who has used them in the past with no issues. Perhaps they have changed hands not sure but after a week I would think they could call me back and get me on the schedule for the estimate. Certainly would not recommend
