They were quick and efficient, very kind, and he was more worried about me saving money then making a buck which I really appreciated!

My home had a small, non-hazardous, gas leak in need of fixing. I got quotes from several companies and this company was by far the most responsive. The contractor, Thomas, showed up on time, was friendly and helpful, and was able to quickly remedy the issue. I wouldn't think twice about having this company back out for another job.

Luke is a great contractor. He's worked on some of our previous projects. He has a lot of experience, and we'd recommend Creative Fire Inc to anyone!

Luke and his team installed a gas line for my new cooktop, they’re very professional, friendly and responsive. They had to adapt my gas line to accommodate an existing pull out drawer in the cabinet and I was very satisfied with the final result, it looks very neat. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Luke and Thomas are absolutely Stellar with their customer service. They installed the gas line for a backup generator. They were attentive, responsive and always on time for an involved process requiring coordination of several companies. We could not have asked for better and would definitely recommend them for your projects. Thank you!!

Luke and team are fantastic to work with. They know their product line well and perform gas line upgrades as well as the acquisition and installation of gas appliances. I had a gas fire pit, outdoor gas heaters and new gas grill installed and couldn't be happier. Creative Fire cares about customer satisfaction before, during and after the job is done.

We recently swapped out a gas cooktop with an Induction cooktop and needed the gas line decommissioned. We believed our job was not urgent, and we said so and were scheduled for a date and time several weeks away.

On the appointed day, Creative Fire never showed up and didn't call. When I called them they thought someone had called to explain the reason for the no-show, but promised to come late in the day. They showed up for the late afternoon appointment and the workman was very professional and performed the work quickly. He asked for payment by check. when I asked for his invoice he promised it would be emailed right away. I paid by check and after 6 days of no invoice, I emailed the company. Creative Fire's owner, Luke Phillis, responded 2 days after my email saying "we will have the receipt for this work over to you tomorrow morning." After another 6 days of no invoice I followed up a second time. At this point it was 14 days after my payment. Luke Phillis responded the same day, apologizing saying "The email that we had in our system was incorrect and it never notified us that it didn't go through."

UPDATE: After writing my original review, Luke Phillis reached out to explain the problem that caused my invoice to be emailed to the wrong address. I appreciated his kind follow-up and have upgraded my review from 2 to 4 stars because of his outreach.

It appears Luke reads his reviews! I want to wish him and his business well.

In addition, here’s what I would recommend for better customer service: (1) Provide your service providers with a receipt book pre-printed with your company name, address, telephone number. Ask them to offer a receipt if they cannot provide an invoice at the time payment is requested (2) teach your team to reach out to your customer if the service providers will be late. (3) make certain that the outgoing message for your business telephone identifies itself as Creative Fire, and not Luke Phillis. (4) Figure out a way to confirm that you have your customer’s correct email for sending the invoice, perhaps an appointment confirmation?
