I have used you twice with excellent results.Once to install lights in my kitchen ceiling and once to install an outside plug on my rental house.Each time it was done to perfection and the price was very reasonable.It was done in very quick time.Like all good companies that are busy because they are very professional you will probably be out a few days before they are able to get to your project.But they will be honest about that and be there when they say they will be there.I would definitely recommend this company with no reservations.Bill Maddox

I had spent weeks seeking an electrician who would install a new ceiling fan. This company advised me on the type of fan to install and completed the task in very little time.
Their expertise and work ethic is outstanding.

I have used CR Electrical on numerous jobs. I have also used other Electrical companies and CR is head and shoulders above the rest. Their work is not only better it has been fairly priced especially compared to some of the companies I have used, who seemed like they were just taking advantage of the booming Portland economy and jacking up the prices because they could and doing shotty work. I recommend anyone to use CR Electrical. I guarantee you never use a different Electrician! James is a straight shooter and always does great work in a timely manner!

This company and employees are all outstanding! I had questions, they had answers that I could understand, with not just a quick answer, many where simplified and detailed! The wire of my house was fast, professional, and up to the top bar! This company is busy because they are that GOOD!

Hands down the most kind and caring company in the world of contract work. Due to my own dumb planning we had them come out multiple times and they were able to schedule so quickly! They know that you are paying by the hour so they work as quickly as is responsible to do so, and I really appreciate them being conscientious of that. At the same time I learned so much! He was able to teach me multiple things - electric related and not related (and this is coming from me, an electrical engineer) while he worked without being condescending at all or slowing down! I was so impressed. They even investigated some stuff in our attic I wasn't even aware of and even discovered and fixed some bad wiring from a previous work job (from another company). They are so humble, kind and considerate, and they really stick to their word. I'm so impressed, they have earned my loyalty for as long as they are in business. I highly recommend them for both their business practice and workmanship.

James is fantastic, and so is Lisa (who I spoke to and scheduled with on the phone)! They are great with communication and are friendly and professional. He came out to give us a bid on some outdoor work and gave us a workaround instead. Great info and help, and I could tell he really operates with integrity. CR Electrical will definitely be my first and only phone call in the future any time I need work done on my home. Highly recommend!

I have worked with James for over a decade. I have multiple downtown apartment buildings that James has helped me upgrade, repair, and install new items. He is fast, efficient, and does everything correctly. I cannot say enough good things about CR Electrical. Very smart, very helpful, very good at what they do.

James is my go to..he did work for us twice..each time he got the job done plus identified potential issues, like non working sockets, smoke alarms and more..

he switched out an attic fan. From inside the attic, when other electricians insisted on replacing from the roof exterior. Saving us money and time.. excellent work and fair budget...

I loved these guys. James is very communicative. They were available quickly. They troubleshoot my problem effectively. I still haven't paid then yet, but they've spent a few hours at my place. Would you please send me a quote and schedule a follow up to actually fix the issues? I would love to give you my money...

Still waiting for someone to arrive. We had an appointment at 8:30 AM today (2/10) and after three phone calls and no response, still no one is here - 2 hours after the scheduled appointment. If they are not interested in my business, then the with them.

Multiple return trips resulting in a job that should take 1hr last 5hrs. Did not provide a high quality service, see pictures.

I've called three times on three separate days to schedule work on my home. All three times I've been promised a call "right back" and never received one. Their contact center dose not have the ability to schedule, and if you ask for a supervisor you're told that their contact center has no supervisor.

James was very pleasant and came to look at our project. After seeing the work, he told the homeowner he'd be back, but instead he completely disappeared. We tried to reach him for several days, but he wouldn't even return our calls to tell us he didn't want to do the work! As a result of CR Electrical's unprofessionalism, our customer lost the use of their bathroom for an extra 4 days.
