Wyatt was an awesome guy to have out to our house. He made such quick work of our project I was amazed. He was a young guy that I’m sure will have strong career!

After talking with 3 different contractors, we chose Troy and his team to install a new electrical line and circuit breaker for a large hot tub. Reasonable cost and good communication throughout the bidding process. They took the time to work with an older house and electrical panel. They submitted the electrical permit paperwork, scheduled the permit inspection, and made sure everything was done up to code. Excellent service, very courteous and responsive communication. I will definitely use them again!

North by NW completed a major electrical project on my home (re-wiring) in the fall of 2024. The project took a while to complete but the electricians were here every day working on the issues. Very knowledgeble and supportive. This past week, 09/21/25, they returned promptly when I contacted them and replaced a defective module and added a whole house surge protector. The owner, Troy, is a man of integrity and his employees mirror that quality.

From the scheduler to the technician, these guys were friendly and helpful. They came out to do a job for me same-day. Troy answered the phone promptly, got all my information quickly, and was able to have the electrician, John, out to my home in just a few hours. John was knowledgeable and efficient, able to sort out my issues very quickly. The cost was reasonable although not inexpensive, but I am happy to pay well for excellent service. I am sincerely grateful for NXNW's help!
