All of the above. I was very happy with the professionalism. The carrier product is excellent. I was recommended to get the quieter unit for air conditioning and sitting out back I don't even hear it except for maybe a light hum. I also had a fan put in my gas fireplace and I am really happy with that. I have recommended comfort solutions to other neighbors and friends.

I came home yesterday to a warm house, and warm air coming out of my registers on an 88° day.

I called one HVAC company and they wouldn't come out until the 30th.

I called Comfort Solutions, who installed my furnace seven years ago, and they had a solution for me the very next day!

Dorian is very professional in his customer relations, and very proficient and efficient in his diagnostic and repair work.

Our air-conditioned quit working on the weekend before July 4th. I took a chance and left a message on their office phone. Brian called me on Monday July 3 and was able to schedule Cory for July 4th. Cory was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I also had the pleasure of service from this company in 2016 when my furnance quit at a former home. I was going through a divorce. I bought and had installed two heat pumps when we had our addition done. The newer of the heat pumps had a problem from day one that could not be resolved by the company that installed the heat pump nor by any company after that; until, I found Comfort Solutions. I told the owner Brian Adams about the fact that when the weather would get very cold the heat pump's circuit would pop and need to be reset. Without ever seeing the heat pump, Brian told me what the problem was. He ordered the part and the part was installed and I have not had the problem since then. He is soo very very good and what he does. He knows and loves his work and it shows. I wished he had been the company that installed our heat pumps back when our remodel took place but he will always be the company to maintain our equipment and when the time comes that we need to replace our equipment I will gladly use Comfort Solutions.

This company provided a complete v/s heat pump and air handling unit for 20% less than that quoted from another PGE-recommended company, for exactly the same deliverables. Quick and professional response during all aspects of our interactions with them. After over 3 months of winter, we love the system - quiet, easy to use, very comfortable (always on target). We're also very pleased with the savings on our utility bill.

I found Comfort Solutions extremely professional, their installers and service are top notch. Our installer, Marshall and Jake, came to our home on time, took extra care when walking through our house, cleaned up and even thanked us for doing business with them. I'm thrilled to have a new ductless system in my home, my husband was thrilled with the rebates, thank you Brian Adams for the info, and all together we are happy campers now.

We had to replace the A/C because the compressor locked up, had decided to replace both the A/C and the furnace because they were both over 15 yrs old. Greg Marshall came out and looked over the situation and made a couple of recommendations. Now let me tell you, he was very professional and knew his stuff. But here’s the deal... HE NEVER TRIED TO OVERSELL! He told me what I needed and why. When I called him later asking about a more powerful ( more expensive) system his reaction was priceless! He simply asked “why?” Explained to me why the system he suggested was the best. I was super impressed. We signed the contract and set up an install date. ( last Friday)
The install guys were impressive! They had clearance issues and overall a hard situation to deal with, but that didn’t slow them for a second. They listened to how I wanted the system to be installed and they did an amazing job getting it done. Theses guys are rockstars. Seriously.
So yesterday I noticed a noise I was unfamiliar with coming from the outside unit. Gave the office a call and wouldn’t you know, they had the install guys out here in a couple of hours. Turns out there was simply a panel that had come loose and was vibrating. They snugged it up and all was well.
Best experience I’ve ever had with ANY company, let alone a heating and cooling company.
These guys have a customer for life.

I’m very pleased with the service I received on my heater from Comfort Solutions, and my technician, Mason. The unit is working well, my questions were answered, and I have one less thing to worry about with my home. I will certainly be calling them with any future repairs or maintenance.

Comfort Solutions did the original installation of my HV AC system. They come every 6 months for maintenance. They are thorough and professional and arrive as scheduled. They leave me a summary of what was done and answer any questions I may have. The cost of maintenance is reasonable.

I had central A/C installed March 2018. I was impressed that the salesperson, Greg, did a walk through of the plan with the project manager (PM). So often you never see the salesperson again. Then the PM came with a crew of 3 the day of installation. Installation went smooth. Price was great due to the time of year. They took care of registering my Carrier unit, besides pulling the permits and securing the electrician.

Everything went smoothly. Ryan seemed very detail-oriented, and was really professional. He explained things to me very well and did an excellent job. I’ve never had anything but a great experience with Comfort Solutions.

From the three or four companies I called Comfort Solutions was the only one that provided three options to compare without upselling anything. The system I ended up choosing (which was the one they recommended) ended up being better than recommended. It took a while for the system to be available with all the supply chain issues, but as soon as they got it, I had it installed. Would definitely recommend

Purchased a new install that was completed timely and professionally. After install one of the new mini split units had an issue. I rec’d immediate response for service followed up by a second tech visit. It was determined the new unit was defective and was replaced quickly. No hassles ... everyone was very pleasant to work with and we will recommend them whenever the opportunity arrives.

We've used Comfort Solutions for several HVAC installs and/or replacements and have to say the whole team from start to finish deserves an A+. Comfort Solutions really has their act together. The whole process of getting our new heat pump, from the initial estimate to the actual installation, was smooth and seamless. Their staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

The level of care and attention to customer needs is top-notch at Comfort Solutions. They've always treated us very well and when a recent part was defective, they moved heaven and earth to prioritize a replacement. Going above-and-beyond for customers is increasingly rare, but the team at Comfort Solutions does this on a routine basis and we're grateful for that. Highly recommend!
