Great team of people - Emir and Cam were great while my 100 year old radiant heating system was upgraded and experienced a few malfunctions and problems. I could call and text Emir even on a saturday night and he would respond.

Were able to finally diagnose our unusual hydronic system, explain how it works and get it up and running with some slight repairs to extend the lifecycle. Glad I found them, as other HVAC companies were not able to work on it oy answer any questions for us.

They were professional and courteous when I called to book. The prices were fair and they showed up right on time! While we had to order parts they did not charge when it was determined that the problem was bigger than the one part and would need a whole system replacement. I would not hesitate to call them again!

Our home had an old, complicated and failing propane boiler/radiant floor/water heating system. Emir and Cam replaced the boiler with a high efficiency unit, repiping the boiler room and also installed two heat pumps. They were absolute PROS.
Highly recommended!

working with the Earth Heating has been a pleasure. very professional, on time , and efficient. as well as courteous .This last bit of low temps , snow , ice, was a good test of performance. for the Lochinvar combi boiler,, which i use for a radiant slab , DHW, and zoned baseboard.100% satisfied. You'd want them to know exactly what they were doing. You'd want the work done in a timely manner and to be informed completely about how the job was progressing. This was the BEST service in the midst of a horrible time that I’ve ever experienced. My emergency heat call was taken immediately, I got a call back in a short period of time (15-30 min) to review costs and give me an eta. (I was initially told the wrong cost by the message taker, but that’s literally the only thing that wasn’t perfect). I was given an ETA of max 2 hours. Emir was here in just under 30 minutes. And he called to update me along the way. He didn’t have the part needed to completely fix it but he figured out a temporary work around so I wouldn’t be out of heat on the coldest night yet this winter. He called back as promised (actually within 15 minutes of the beginning of the window he gave), gave me a price and an eta, and we moved ahead. Then he called me back after he confirmed he had reserved the part to give me an updated eta (because he didn’t want my husband and I to rush around to cover being at the house since he would be delayed). Called to let me know when he was on his way as promised, arrived as promised, fixed it in less than an hour, and charged as promised. I’d give these folks 15 stars if I could!!!

Emir and team updated the radiant system in our historic home. It was a BIG job and they made it look easy. I would not hesitate to use them again. Honest, reliable and fair- highly recommended!

Called for a new AC the quote, received an estimate the same day after our walkthrough. The next day they called back with some scheduling options. They arrived on time, installed the unit in just a few hours and cleaned up the area as if they were never here. Overall very pleased with the professionalism of the entire crew, the workmanship is very professional, and their pricing is a great value.

I've used The Earth Heating for both regular maintenance and for an emergency when the water heater was leaking. They really know what they are doing and are super friendly and efficient. I have a complicated hydronic floor heating system in my house with a high efficiency boiler. I've tried several heating companies and The Earth Heating is by-far the best.

We moved into a home that unbeknownst to us had radiant floor heating in our daylight basement. With no operating instructions left behind by the previous owner, we had no idea how to operate the system. After a fairly exhaustive search for local HVAC firms that specialize in radiant heating of which there are few, we called Earth Heating and scheduled an appointment. Within days, their tech arrived, sprang into action, did a troubleshoot of our system and got it into working order in no time. The system was explained to us and we now enjoy a warm and cozy downstairs which before was impossible to adequately heat, always chilly and just not welcoming. We highly recommend Earth Heating for all your HVAC needs.
