After terrible experiences with several other companies, I found Elite. I have never been disappointed with their service. They are easy to schedule with and send a reminder email with a picture of the tech who will be arriving. The techs are courteous and thorough and they explain my options without being pushy or “upselling” me. They take care to protect my belongings from moisture and are thorough with extraction which reduces the time we have to be off our carpets. I will not use any other company. Thank you Elite!

Elite carpet cleaning is the most professional service in town! My carpets always look beautiful after being cleaned by Elite. The gentleman who cleaned them was on time, clean and behaved professionally. I had a guy from a different company show up to my house once smelling like cigarettes! He stunk up my entire house. So happy to be using Elite carpet cleaning services - I’ll never go back to the other place!
