Heidi is a master housekeeper who keeps up with the best means for care, maintenance and cleaning EVERYTHING! She is smart, reliable and a hard worker. Can’t say enough. She is an important part of our quality of life, especially as we grow older.

House looked great. Very impressed with the bathrooms. Only item to mention was that the front of the appliances in the kitchen were not wiped down.

I used this cleaning company for two years, but unfortunately, the service has gone downhill. Over the last few cleanings, the cleaner arrived more than an hour late and took an hour longer to finish, and even then, the quality of the cleaning was noticeably worse. When I tried to reschedule my cleanings, their scheduler repeatedly responded with times I hadn't asked for, completely ignoring my emails. After several frustrating attempts to get on the same page, I asked to speak with the owner, Heidi, who was rude and dismissive and denied that there were any issues. To top it all off, the cleaner stayed parked in my reserved spot long after the cleaning was over. Overall, they have become unreliable, inflexible, and extremely difficult to work with. I would not recommend them.

Edit: The cleaner was physically in her car parked in my spot, saw me circle the lot, and did not leave until I requested her to (Honda Element with many bumper stickers). So, their response is false and disingenuous.
