If you need a new furnace, be sure to get an estimate from these guys. They got me a top-of-the-line furnace for much less than the other guys in town, and they got it installed the following day and showed up right on time.

Took their time to explain options (repair of existing vs. new system), and once we settled on option, were quick, courteous, and we had heat in time for winter. Great service.

Our AC has had some issues this summer and their repair person has been incredibly fast and efficient with services provided. I am so grateful we called them! 100% recommend these guys!

Just got a home in Albany and the heat was working but not the a.c. and with the heatwave we had them come out because they had a sticker with phone etc on the a.c. unit inside and he showed up and within 20 min. We had cold air again.thermostat wired wrong.what a nice guy with quick prof service. You won't be sorry if you call this company 5 Star service so Thankyou

Al just saved the day! We called yesterday morning due to a/c failure right in the middle of the heatwave, and he arrived promptly within the time window we were given. He diagnosed the problem and replaced a fan motor in about an hour. Very courteous and professional. I would happily recommend these guys!

Al is honest, efficient and fair. He truly cares about his costumers safety and is fair with his recommendations. I have been using Stephens heating for over 10yrs and have had the best service anyone could ever ask for.

We first worked with Stephens Heating when we built our house in 1995. Al impressed me as honest, experienced and knowledgeable from the start. I’ve been around construction most of my life and Al’s qualifications were very apparent. Our gas furnace and A/C units have performed very well since there installation. When we have had any questions and/or problems Stephens Heating has responded as quickly as we needed and has treated us very fairly. I would recommend Stephens Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone needing these services.

We recently had a leaky furnace and reached out to Stephens H&AC for a second opinion after a different contractor came and diagnosed the issue as a cracked heat exchanger without even taking apart the unit. We initially asked Stephens H&AC for a quote, and instead they sent Al, geared up to fix something. Not only was he a joy to talk to, he immediately got the knee pads out and took apart the unit. He quickly identified the issue ( a leaky condensate line), replaced it, and then checked the condition of the rest of the furnace. In terms of responsiveness, the office manager was able to schedule him the day after we called, and he showed up on time. While repairing the line, he gave a few tips for maintaining the unit. Super helpful. I think Al has seen quite a few HVAC units in his day, and definitely has the expertise to get issues resolved. Thank you!

We have been 35 year customers of Stephens Heating and Air. Over that course of time, we have called each time we've had a problem with our heat pump. Few times, considering it's age. The response has always been prompt, effective, and with the knowledgeable professionalism that only comes with experience. Today, the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, the temperature nearing 100*, our cooling quit. My husband called at 7:00pm, truly not expecting help tonight, hoping to get on the call list. Within 20 minutes, a technician was knocking at the door. The problem was easily resolved with a part the technician had on the truck. Our heat pump has been the best money we have invested in our home, and Stephens has kept it going for many years now. Today's emergency is not the first, such things are never convenient, but each time, we felt that Stephens cared about our comfort and has given us service beyond our expectations. I wouldn't purchase a heating or cooling unit anywhere else.

I can't say enough about Stephens Heating and Air!!! Our heat quit working and Al came by within 48 hours (even though he was busy after a holiday weekend) and did a thorough investigation and found the problem quickly. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and also provided insights on how to maintain our heating system. Because our thermostat was so old, he also replaced that and provided a thorough tutorial on how it worked. He tested everything to make sure it was working and working efficiently. We will be calling Stephen the next time we have any issues with our heating system!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I couldn't find anybody local to me to help us get our heat working again and with the cooler weather coming I was panic calling everywhere, even places an hour from me. Jay came out to our home, an hour away from their shop, and was beyond professional, friendly, efficient and knew what he was doing. He got our heat back on, explained to me in a way that I could understand what had been wrong, and was great the whole time! I wouldn't recommend another company over these guys, awesome service!
