Mr. Curtis is a very respectable man and runs a great business. He gave me a great price and did an outstanding job cleaning stains and smells out of my Craigslist couch I recently purchased. Aswell as made my rug look and smell brand new. I will definitely use him again in the future.

I accidentally left my rear car window open during a 3-day snow and ice storm, which left several inches of snow and ice on my car’s carpeting. My attempts to clean up the water were unsuccessful. Zachory was able to remove the water and thoroughly clean it. He saved me a lot of time and expense. Because of his immense knowledge, I also avoided the possibility of mold and rust. Curtis Carpet Cleaning LLC is wonderful carpet cleaning service. It is affordable and local. Zachory Curtis was on time and very professional. He provided his service for Women at the Well Grace House in Salem, Oregon. The carpet is at least 20 years old and he was able to clean and deodorize it, and it looks wonderful! I would definitely recommend his cleaning service.

I really recommend highly Curtis carpet service. Zachary Curtis was excellent, he has lots of knowledge that he is willing to share about carpets and keeping them nice and and the service he did was fabulous! My carpets look better than they have for years. I’ve had other people do my carpets and I won’t ever have anybody but Curtis carpet service from now on.

Zachory did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets and furniture in my house. He is very thorough and conscientious, incredibly polite and kind. He is on my calendar every November and I have the utmost confidence and respect for him as a person and as a professional.

Yesterday we had Curtis Carpet Cleaning come to clean two very old and stained carpets, one in the community building and the other in our business office. The amount of dirt and residue that Zachory Curtis was able to extract with his machine was amazing. Both carpets had been cleaned within the year by other service providers. The results of this cleaning were much better than expected. The smell is great. Zach gave us a good deal and we will definitely have him back to do more cleaning for us.

Zack is a wonderful person to work with. I have cancer and Zack was so accomendating with my schedule with going to chemotherapy. He cleaned all the carpet. He had a special flashlight that showed where all the urine was in the carpet in each room. The smell was completely gone from my home. I just bought the property as a first time home owner I am glad I went with Curtis Carpet company. What's was nice he took before and after pictures of the work, I really did appreciate that. He took the time to explained everything so easily of the whole process and answered all my questions.
