Great service!

When your heat pump is 38 years old, the other companies said it was time to replace. David discovered problems with the thermostat that was causing the pump to get locked up and often shut down. With a little TLC, this is the best the system has run in the 8 years we’ve been here. Thx!!

I would highly recommend Integrity Mechanical. I have called them a couple times now and every time they have been really easy to work with. They do excellent work and I will be working with them again.

Robb had to come out for a second time. This time to do some duct work that a previous company did a terrible job on and he had to crawl under my home, in a tight space and was able to get the problem identified. He was able to replace the ducting that was damaged and poorly installed, which was causing no heat or air to travel to one of the bedrooms in my home. I was up and running in a couple of hours (he had to run to get parts from Home Depot). He thoroughly explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. Robb and Dallan are amazing! Thank you both for taking care of this issue when others neglected and that I've been dealing with for a couple of years.

I highly recommend them. We heard about Integrity Mechanical through a friend who had some work done on their beach house. Dallan Fadden, the owner of the company, came to our house to give us a quote on a "split" type air heating and cooling unit. He was prompt, personable and clear with his communication.
He also lived up to the name of his company when he stuck to his original quote. We also have a sauna, and he assumed that we could use the same 220 box for the split, and that's what he quoted. He later found out the electrician would have to connect an entirely new 220 box, which costs more money. But rather than revising the cost, he kept the price the same.
He and his assistant came and did the installation -- and managed the installation of the 220 by the electrician -- in less than the time they had anticipated. Every interaction was great.
Again, I highly recommend them.

They fix the problem without any issues. They were also timely.

The price was reasonable and the work was completed quickly! My furnace broke down in the middle of winter and they came out and fix it same day! Also, no inspection fee which other companies charged!
