Called Sunset for my annual furnace tune up. The technician Brenden arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. Even my dog Amanda liked him!

Perfect experience! Although I forgot to ask a question (my fault). Tim handled the multiple jobs like a pro 👍

John came out quickly. He found my problem right away. He was very nice and professional.

John is friendly and very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. We are experiencing some electrical issues, along with ideas for adding additional service and lighting. I received a detailed breakdown of what it will take for each, which is very helpful!

John was actually early arriving, super friendly, and after listening to problems we were having immediately knew the possible cause. He was right on target. An incoming line issue not our house electrical. He then took time to call PGE and explain what he’d found so they had a perfect picture. He listened well, diagnosed correctly and then got us a quick response from PGE. Would wholeheartedly recommend Sunset and John to everyone.
