First, let me say that very rarely am I moved to submit online comments, as it seems every vendor now requests them, no matter the size of the product or service. Stonewood is an exception for me. We have had longstanding issues with the seal failing on some of our windows, resulting in unsightly internal fogging and even dripping. It had been a bit of a nightmare getting someone to consent to work on the issue, evidently because of the stucco construction of our home. Finally, Stonewood looked at the issue, provided a satisfactory estimate, and followed up with fine worksmanship and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this business!

Stonewood did a fabulous job adding a 10' by 30' addition to our house. The addition is a perfect fit for our mid-century modern home. They are great at solving problems and their attention to detail is much appreciated. I highly recommend them.

We used Stonewood and Mark C. for our double bathroom remodel. It was a completely positive experience and always felt that our remodel was the most important job on their schedule. The sub-contractors were excellent craftspeople as well.

We worked with Mark Couet of Stonewood to remodel our primary bathroom (including moving of walls and plumbing and overall redesign). The team also handled several other updates throughout the home during the project. It was a wonderful process. We had a baby and toddler and the team was thoughtful with clean up and sectioning off parts of the home for safety. Mark is detail oriented, an excellent communicator, is thorough in his estimate and planning and can pivot to manage the expected challenges of working on an old home. His team was able to stay on time with the proposed plan and timeline which surprised me as we have not had any home project go well or stay on track. I am a highly involved and detail oriented client and Mark was patient, collaborative, and non-reactive when I would propose changes mid-stream or want to discuss ideas. I would absolutely work with them again and feel confident they would handle any level of project with professionalism, organization, and great communication.

Stonewood did a major expansion, a renovation, and a couple smaller projects for us. They were terrific to work with! The bid process was very thorough and super transparent. Their team did high quality work and were good partners in figuring out all the details with us. We would definitely hire them again and I always recommend them to friends who are looking for a contractor.

High Quality workmanship. Everything always on time and the build kept clean. Excellent communication about timing and any needed change orders. Thorough documentation and records.

We were not the easiest customers. We had never built before, used a custom design, AND insisted on being involved in many ways that probably weren't convenient for Mark (our build manager). Mark let us know when our parts of the timeline were coming up and what deadlines applied to our work.

After the build, Stonewood has been responsive to questions about our new home. Would absolutely recommend Stonewood and use them again ourselves.

Stonewood did two major renovations at our house: a total kitchen renovation and a deck replacement. Mark from Stonewood is a treasure and delight to work with. He brings fresh ideas to the design process and white glove service when it's time to execute. Both projects finished on time, within budget, and cam out better than our original expectations. We referred Stonewood to friends in the past, and would absolutely use them again.

Stonewood did an extensive kitchen/dining/greatroom remodel for us. Mark was our project manager and was very attentive to our budget and timeline and to any questions or concerns we had along the way. We moved out of the house for 3 months during the renovation, and the workers were respectful of our home and kept the work area clean. The best quality work for your hard earned money. I clean high end homes in Lane County for a living, and it was hands down the best quality for my money. I won’t mention names, but there are a few HIGH END big name contractors in town, that my clients used in remodels and their quality of workmanship was sub par. Mark at Stonewood made sure everything was up to my high expectations! I’m thrilled with our addition ! A 600 foot primary suite with a full bathroom and walk in closet! Stonewood did an awesome job on our full house remodel. Their attention to detail and work quality is amazing. They are also very professional and transparent with cost. They provide a very detailed line item budget prior to starting construction with biweekly billings detailing work complete making it very easy to track. We love the finished product and will use them again if we have a future need!

Stonewood Construction did an excellent job building our new house. We had previously done a major remodel with another builder in Eugene, and while the outcome was solid the process to get there was not. So we shopped around for this bigger project and chose Stonewood on the strength of some personal recommendations. They delivered on-budget and remarkably on-time - originally quoted 11 months of build time and we were able to move in after 12 months. I've heard horror stories of 6-month-plus delays, but not with Stonewood! The craft and care their team and subs put in is evident throughout the home, and Adam has stood by their quality guarantee over the two years since the project was completed.
