I had such a great experience with this company. My technician was so efficient and did an excellent job installing smoke alarms in my house and a new fireplace switch. I couldn’t believe how quick and excellent the work was. And he was so kind. I will recommend Doug Palmer to any of my friends looking for an electrician! It’s hard to find this level of excellence in customer service and craftsmanship these days so I truly appreciate you making this a priority.

David from Doug Palmer came highly recommended by a realtor friend. He came to fixed the bathroom fan, replaced fluorescent light bulbs with LEDs. Very professional and precise. Definitely one of the best pro services I've had.

I hired Doug Palmer Electric to replace my old split bus service panel with a modern one and to install a hard-wired EV charger in my garage. Their estimate was fair and they seemed knowledgeable and friendly based upon both my interactions with their team and their online reviews.

Their crew pulled the right permits beforehand, showed up on time, and had each bit of this job scheduled perfectly. After the utility pulled my meter and unspliced my service drop, they replaced the panel and installed the EVSE in about three hours total. Add in a little time waiting for the city inspection and the utility reconnect and my power was out for less than five hours. The food in my freezer was still frozen. They interacted well with the city inspector and were super professional.

Their electrical work was clean and addressed the key safety issues that kept me up at night about the old panel. They fished the EVSE install behind drywall without cutting any access holes, meaning I don't need additional drywall repair. Overall, I'm highly impressed with their work.

Doug Palmer's team were great to work with. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the workmanship was great. Beyond that, and perhaps most importantly, they responded very respectfully and collaboratively to my questions and ideas, which helped us come up with an out of the box, effective solution to bring 220v to a location previously wired for 110v. I would highly recommend them.

Office returned my call very quickly and scheduled an electrician to come out just after lunch. Electrician was prompt, very nice and professional. He found what was wrong and discussed the options. After deciding on what I wanted to do, he quickly acquired the materials and installed. Very neat and tidy, excellent service.

Doug Palmer has been great to work with from start to finish. We hired them for an extensive remodel with a lot of unknown components. Great communication and problem solving. No issues. The project is not complete. However, up to this point I am very pleased with the progress. The installation of the new 220 box/connection that has been installed looks great. You have a great crew and would gladly recommend Doug Palmer Electric and would utilize DPE for future projects.

Doug Palmer Electric has completed two jobs for me, a fairly standard wiring job and a more complicated knob and tube replacement project. The completed both with aplomb. I rate the office staff and the electricians highly for their prompt scheduling and service, friendly and thoughtful communications, and excellent work. They definitely bested competing quotes from other companies and came in under estimate for the time and materials knob and tube replacement project. Thanks especially to Jeremy, Dave, and Alejandro!
