Eric O. is a perfect professional technician. Reynolds is fortunate to have him as an employee. He wasn't just personable, he was comfortable. This was my first experience with any Reynolds job. Top notch.

I really enjoyed working with Talon today. He came over to my house to help me troubleshoot and fix the ceiling fan. He was very kind, courteous knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing. He also checked out every electrical panel I have and did a free inspection. I would have no problem working with them again!

I have had Reynolds to my house 3 times for different issues. Each time the guys have been prompt, professional and have kept me informed about the progress of the project as well as my options for solving problems that came up along the way. Brandon & Nick were both excellent to work with, I would highly recommend them and Reynolds Electric to anyone who needs an electrician.

Thank you Kevin and Juan, they were so awesome, very efficient and effective in unclogging my kitchen sink and drain. We had tried for days and numerous snakes and couldn't budge it. With in there prompt arrival they had my drain running better than ever withing 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend them and the company they work for as well as the lady i spoke to from the office to set it up she kept me informed on there arrival and assured me I'd be satisfied with definite results. And I am very happy and satisfied with all of them. I called several others in the area and found that Reynolds is definitely the best and offers the best in price ranges as far as travel. Altho I feel the overall price for the service was a little spendy. But a
great big thank you to all of you.

From my first phone call to when the job was complete which was less than 3 hours from first call to getting my drain unclogged was effortless. I highly recommend Reynolds’s and will be sure to use them in the future.

Erik Otoupalik came out to check out the driver vent system and do a quick health inspection on the HVAC system. Was very polite and professional at his job.

Brandon Brancato came out to do an electrical health inspection. He was super friendly and polite. Very thorough and with his job and provided all of the facts from his inspection in an easily digestible manner. Was respectful of the home and pets during his visit.

Reynolds is a pleasure to work with. The serviceman was on time for the appointment at my home, and three options were given for the needed electrical work. I chose one option, and it was completed without delay. I will definitely choose Reynolds again as soon my home needs electrical or plumbing work.

The very skilled serviceman was Parker, and he was a pleasure to work with. He answered completely the questions I had about the existing wiring in my older home.

I found Brandon to be very professional even though I was not understanding half of what he was saying. He took the time to explain it to me as best he could. He gave me several options that could possibly work for my situation and I did a very thorough job. I appreciated his professionalism

Andrei came out for an inspection under our maintenance plan. He was very pleasant, thorough, and honest. He then repaired a leaky drain that he discovered in the course of his inspection. I’ve been pleased with all the Reynolds techs who’ve been out to our house. 5 stars to Andrei!

Chanse did an amazing job! He informed me of the problems that were happening with my hot water tank and gave me the cost of repairs vs replacement and allowed me to decide on which route to take. He also gave me some tips on how to do maintenance to tank so it will last longer. All around great job! Thank you!

Brandon Brancato was great. I was very happy with the work he and the apprentice did to make my 1947 house more electrically safe and a bit more updated. Not only was I pleased with Brandon’s work, I appreciated his polite, positive attitude, his clear communication and the time he took in answering my various questions. It was very satisfying to know he wanted to make sure I was comfortable and happy with his electrical work. I would definitely recommend Brandon and Reynolds for electrical projects.

Parker was great at setting expectations and explaining what he was seeing with the electrical system. He was thorough and patient with my many questions and concerns. I appreciated that he presented multiple solutions and was able to provide good reasoning for each. When something was discovered mid-job, he promptly called and provided options for handling it. He conducted himself in a professional and trustworthy manner and I would be happy to hire him again.

Doug came out to our property within 40 minutes of our initial call. He did a thorough review of our electrical issue, took measurements, and provided a detailed contract proposal that we accepted. Doug was very polite and just wonderful to work with. Highly recommend Reynolds Electric.

Brandon was absolutely amazing. Best customer experience I've had in a while from a company. He answered my questions over and over again sum of them were literally the same questions a few time lol because its been a long day and I tend to repeat or re ask questions for clarification. He answered so kindly and didnt get frustrated with me. I truly appreciate the great experience I had with him, thank you so much Brandon.

We needed our bathroom fan replaced and it was able to be done the same day we called. Mike did a great job. He was courteous and thorough. He was also very informative about the issue and what was needed.

Steven was very friendly and professional. He was prompt, on time and worked diligently to complete the job. His work was excellent! We appreciate the reminder call by the office a day before, so we were ready.

Rod took his time to start to discuss the best options to create a smart home. He was able to direct me to another technician who would help me to do so. What a great team work !

They installed a central heater last week. There was an option to have a year to pay monthly without additional charge. It is precious!
