I could not recommend these fine people highly enough. We have used them twice over the past two years or so and they've been quick to schedule, affordable, and efficient in the installations/repairs themselves. William recently came out and had a new motor installed much faster than the estimated time. They so clearly care about their service and customers. They are quite literally a family business and have treated us like their own, going above and beyond in many ways including sending flowers to our house while we were in the hospital.

Excellent and quick customer service. Technicians were very knowledgeable and explained the issues well. Scheduling with them was easy and they were available quickly. Highly recommend!

I live out in marcola and always feel bad asking them to come this far for a simple and low cost tune up / inspection. These guys did a great job installing a new garage door motor when we purchased our home last year. Fast forward to last month, and we found that while the motor still worked great, it was wobbling a little bit when in use. We called Crawford Windor, and they sent out a guy the next day to fix it for free...almost 18 months after the original installation. Great service, great response, and they care about you as a customer.

My dad needed a new garage door opener in a pinch. The owner gave him a call directly set up an appointment. And with in a week had instal. But it doesn’t end there. The two installers went above and beyond to a level my dad had never seen before. Highly recommend Crawford Windor!
