I just had a new heater and A/C installed by Matthew and others from Associated Heating. From the first phone call to the final installation, everyone was great! They were on time, very friendly and respectful, they showed me important aspects of the new system, they cleaned up the area after they were finished. I would recommend Associated Heating!!

We had a ductless installed by Patrick and Nathan on the 12th and they did a fantastic job. They were very accommodating for our dog, and were very professional in and around our home. They had their work cut out for them. We are very happy with the units.

Sierra showed up on time and was very knowledgeable concerning our issues. She had us up and running in a timely manner and we have heat again!!

Chad came out for a service call on an older unit. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and honest about the situation. Wrote us a quote for the cost of a new unit when ours finally goes out. Will definitely call Associated Heating and AC again!

Service call and new HVAC system.
Quick, courteous response, gave lots of good, non pushy info. Had records from the previous owner on the system from a decade ago and sent out a very communicative and kind technician for a tune up.
Decided 6 months later to get a new HVAC System.
I interviewed 5 other companies in town for a new HVAC system. Besides Alpine having locked up Costco, Lowes and Home Depot bids (I found out after signing up with each plus the person they sent was condescending and rude), Associated was hands down the best representation from start to finish AND came in about $3000 less with basically the same system perfect for our home size and a better warranty (including parts AND labor).
Greg is the perfect guy to have up front. He was kind, courteous and had visuals and charts of a VARIETY of choices that fit our needs and budget. All the workers were friendly and got the job done with professionalism and no nonsense. Everyone of the five men on the day of installation had a specific job with Bryson as the lead. I could here them patiently and respectfully talking to each other, working out any issues that came up (due to my home) and several quick calls to a very organized office staff. They even have their own electrician who is working with the team. Thank you Associated! We love our new MUCH quieter system...

The installation team, led by Matthew, was outstanding—clean, efficient, and meticulous in their work. They clearly took pride in ensuring everything was done to the highest standard. The process was smooth from start to finish, and we feel confident in the quality of the system they installed. Sierra diagnosed our furnace problem and fixed it. She gave us information about how the water drains out of the furnace and other things to check for. Personable and professional.

Kelly did a great job! He explained everything and gave me options for my electrical and my wall heater unit. I highly recommend this company.

The guys showed up and got to work right away, They were professional and courteous. The tank less water heater that they installed works perfectly and we are extremely happy.

Just had Chad come out to the house because we were having an issue and he solved it fast and he was very good at explaining the issues and how to fix them myself in the future. I am very happy with the service and the company and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Technician was on time, did a thorough maintenance on our system. He even advised us as how to save money on the maintenance plan. Very professional.

From start to finish Associated Heating and Air were amazing. They helped us every step of the way. Explained what was happening and how long each process would take. The installers were very polite and so respectful. All around a very awesome crew. It was such a pleasant experience, I now use them at my work location for our ductless systems!! Office staff, sales guys and installation crew were all top notch quality people!!

Dylan came to service my mini-split for the first time. He was quick, efficient and very helpful with the information he gave me on my unit. Associated has been a wonderful company to work with so far!

After waiting almost a month through the hottest days of the year for our installation appointment to finally arrive, the team did an excellent job replacing the old broken ducted AC system. The staff was helpful with explaining how to use it and answering any questions. The new unit looks good and works like a dream. My house was even too cold at first because the new system is so efficient. Thank you Associated for getting our temperatures back to comfort level. I highly recommend.

Darius came out the same day to repair my air conditioning, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. His professionalism and people skills made the whole experience enjoyable, and everything was fixed quickly and efficiently. I will absolutely be requesting Darius for any future service needs!

Dakota was amazing! He was friendly, thorough, and he spent time explaining things to us. This was our first service appointment at our new to us home, so it was nice to have someone who would take the time to look at everything and answer all of our questions. We will be using Associated Heating and Air again, and will definitely be requesting Dakota.

Sierra was awesome! She was efficient, found the problem and fixed it. She was professional and friendly. My yellow lab decided to “supervise.” Sierra and Winnie seemed to enjoy each other’s company.

The whole crew was wonderful. I appreciated everyone's hard work to get my ductless heat pump installed. They cleaned up after themselves and we're very efficient.
