For the last two years we have had Service Master take care of the carpets in our office. They look great, and we know regular maintenance will add to the life of our carpets.

I have gone through the gammit of hiring out and doing it ourselves. Cost, time, labor are always factors when deciding whether to do it yourself or hire out. We have done both. I have to say that Servicemaster, and Mark were the perfect combination of the two. Convenient, economical and quality of service. I was so appreciative of the fact that Servicemaster and Mark were able to fit us in last minute and the price was more than fair and reasonable. He was attentive to what we needed without trying to oversell us. Mark did an amazing job on the over 15 year old rugs that we are dealing with. Servicemaster may be part of a franchise situation and that is fine. I still consider them completely local and that they aim to serve a local population. So thank you Servicemaster and Mark for the excellent work, wonderful customer service and accommodating our schedule. We will definitely be calling you for the next run.

This is the second year ServiceMaster has done our floors. We are picky about protecting our displayed collection items and exhibit furniture. ServiceMaster personnel understood our concerns, were careful around our displays, and were pleasant to work with. ServiceMaster provides great value for your money.

ServiceMaster is a top-notch cleaning company with exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and fair pricing. They are always prompt when I make a special requests and they work extra hard every day to keep the place looking great. We have hired a few other cleaning companies in the past who disappointed us with their service but not ServiceMaster who take their work seriously and keep the quality of their work high like the day they were hired. ServiceMaster did a fantastic job cleaning a seal coating our vinyl floors!
We had a large community center with a kitchen, fitness center, lobby, and bathrooms that desperately needed cleaned!
