When you call in an order you speak directly to a rep not like Ferguson's and you get real uponor water products not like Keller supply.

I can only comment on their helpfulness as I didn't buy anything, but they were very willing to consult on a project I'm working on.

Great people make it my favorite supply house . They've been consistently excellent for the decade I've been going there.The fixture gallery may be smaller than others,but it's because they only have the best fixtures,in my humble opinion .

These people are so helpful, they were able to assist me in finding exactly what I need for a very unique Foot Bar Massage Station with 5 sinks at InJoy Wellness. They found everything that I need for the project at a price that is very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone. You bring pictures of what you are doing and they will do their best to match what your needs are with what they have access to. They are great!!!

These folks are awesome and really helped me out. I annoyingly went in there at 4:45pm on a Friday with a part I needed, and their whole staff got together to help me figure out what I needed. They ended up giving me a part off a display model for free. Excellent customer service from Consolidated in Eugene!

Absolutely the best experience! Let me preface this review with “I dread picking up plumbing supplies” (my son will write the list and I usually don’t know what the items are). However, Ben at Consolidated Supply Co. made the trip seamless, comfortable and accurate! I walked out within 15 minutes with items, confidence and appreciation for the superior customer service. It was the best experience at a plumbing supply company ever. Don’t go anywhere else!

Always great people to deal with

I am blown away by the wonderful customer service. David, in the parts department was able to locate a part for my 20 year old sink fixtures that I had been told was not available. Then he went further, involving Linda in the sales department who determined that my parts were not only available, but had a life time warranty. Now, I call that GREAT service.

I went in today to get a high temperature switch for my water heater. First of all I was super happy that they had the part in stock. It was bit tricky to figure out where to go when looking for the parts department. They probably do not have separate entrance or window. But do not worry. As soon as you walk in people start offering you help and they guide you in the right direction. I ended up interacting with 6 different people and everyone was super nice. Thank you guys at Eugene location! You are the best!!!

I knew that only Consolidated would be able to help me in my time of need. They have solutions for all of your plumbing dilemmas. And at a much more affordable rate than you will find in the big Hardware stores.
