I just got the coolest customer service from a guy name Ethen at Keller Supply.

I install low threshold showers for disabled veterans and seniors. Keller works with me on products and pricing.

Keller Supply is awesome to work with. They are definately all about customer service!!!

It takes me a lot to write a review, especially a 1-star. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this business has very poor customer service. I’ll preface this with I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company for my homes. You walk in and they do not greet you, they barely look up. The interactions with their employees are as dull as they come. Marcy, one of their managers (I’d assume because of her power trips) jumped down my throat for not calling ahead before I came TO GIVE THEM MORE MONEY. She’s the worst part of this business and I will no longer use keller for their services. They’ve lost me and my plumber, worth tens of thousands a year. I hope that employee Marcy is worth that to them, and I wouldn’t be surprised if many more customers leave because of her and the overall customer service. As a business owner, I’m looking at you whoever runs this place: you have a choice, it all starts with you at the top. You set the standards, you set the culture. Your move.
