I have used Kevin Cohen Plumbing twice, and both technicians have been excellent. Both Travis and Wade were professional, took time to thoroughly answer questions, and did great work. I would definitely use this company again.

Came home from vacation to find a water leak outside our home. Dug down to find the pipe and found pvc connected to galvanized pipe. Not wanting to be "that homeowner," we decided to call a professional to make a proper fix.

Brandon arrived the day we called. He was professional and knowledgeable. Brandon got the pipe fixed and our water turned on in about two hours. He even stuck around to be sure the faucets were all working. Thank you!

We experienced great service. They repaired our pipe so quickly I was kind of shocked. IIcalled yesterday afternoon and they came at 8am the next day and the repair took less than an hour. Iut turnedout to be a m2 manjob and both plumbers we're so friendly and respectful of our home. I love the bells and whistles included - they sent a text when they were on their way w/a photo of who was coming and you can track their arrival time. Great for me so I could put the dog away and such. Thanks for your help!

Kevin Cohen Plumbing has been and always will be my go to plumber. Whether it’s a pipe bursting outside on my property, a water heater acting up, a water leak under my sink, a garbage disposal acting up or a flooded kitchen because of a refrigerator malfunction! They’ve always stepped up to the plate, come to my rescue, fixed the issue in a very timely matter, making sure I understand everything they’re doing and why they’re doing it. They also educate me as they go in order for me to keep all my water issues to a minimum! I’ve learned what to do when it comes to maintenance of my appliances and what to look for and listen for when it comes to frozen pipes, sump pump‘s malfunctioning or even actually working and what sound I should be listening for. They go above and beyond and they’re always available 24/7. I must say those working in the office as well as on location do a fantastic job… Always friendly on the phone and able to put me through to the right person to talk to about my needs. Called this morning about replacing my water heater, it was fried and not working. Colby came out same day and replaced it with a new one. He did a great job and got it up to code. Awesome job thanks.

Our water heater died two days before thanksgiving. We called Cohen and while very helpful at first they were not able to come out until after Thanksgiving. I hung up thinking for sure our Thanksgiving was going to be cancelled but the office called back and said they would make time Wednesday to come help us! The office staff and the plumber that came out to install our new hot water heater was wonderful! Thank you Kevin Cohen Plumbing for saving Thanksgiving for us! We will be using this company again!

We had a very difficult and messy (and toxic) shower drain clog--called Kevin Cohen Plumbing first thing in the morning and they set us up for a noon appointment. Wade arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation. The liquid drain cleaner we had tried using had not only failed to work but had backed up the drain further with a poisonous liquid and was giving off noxious sulphuric acid fumes. It had also eaten away most of the metal in the drain screen! Wade was patient and persistent, tried several things unsuccessfully (snaking and other big machinery) before finally figuring out how to solve and resolve the situation (coming at the clog from the other side which involved cutting and then replacing a section of pipe under the sink). He answered all our questions, gave sage advice, was totally professional and competent. We are happy to know that Kevin Cohen is there should we ever need a plumber again. Wade was wonderful! Great reliable local service. Five stars. Thanks!

I heard water spraying under my house and called Kevin Cohen Plumbing to come repair the pipe. Brandon was quick and professional. He explained what most likely happened and crawled under my house to fix the problem. He was courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs.

Kevin Cohen Plumbing just installed (3) toilets, a kitchen faucet and replaced a leaky shower cartridge on a Saturday. Dustin showed up on time, was very friendly and knowledgable and he worked fast to complete the big job, well within the estimated time. We're very happy with their great work and will definitely call them again in the future!

A weekend call due to leaky kitchen plumbing. When I called, I was connected with a plumbing professional immediately. He was at my house in less than 20 minutes. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Turns out it was an easy fix. The whole experience was efficient, professional and I would highly recommend them.

First of all, I called KCP and was treated with so much kindness, which was so awesome! Then, someone was able to come check out the issue within the hour- even more awesome. Jessie H from KCP Drain Service did an excellent job on servicing timely and efficiently on a clogged toilet/shower repair at my home. He was very friendly, fast, and remained super positive even though it’s a gross job and he was suffering from allergies. (He’s a trooper for sure!) I appreciate the hard work very much! I will definitely recommend this plumbing service to friends who are searching.

They installed my new, tankless (gas) hot water heater (re-routed all pipes from old). They did a very professional job & put the heater inside a box, to protect from the elements (which is not something the competition had quoted).

Also, when it turned out the problem was with the previous owner's bad plumbing skills that made me not get hot water, Jay sent someone back out to take care of my faucets. Love these guys.

Angel was prompt and very nice. He explained everything in a professional manner and I never felt pressured into anything. Since the water heater had an element replaced before and it was the original when the Duplex was built over 15 years ago we decided to replace it. Angel was fast and efficient. We will definitely use Kevin Cohen again.

Mike the drain expert saved the day! Answered at 2am, gave solid advice but we needed landlord permission. After getting that he came and didn't stop until the job was done! Huge main line clog 16 ft down towards the sewer line, took 3 hours and big gun equipment and was so well priced. $500 for all his hard work! We are so incredibly grateful and although I hope never to have to call a plumber again, if I do I will be calling these guys!!!

We were informed by EWEB that we had a leak in our main line water system. After investigating the situation, we contacted Service Masters, who in turn referred us to Kevin Cohen Plumbing.

We called and left a message on his after hour’s line; then "E" Mailed him via the address provided by Service Masters.

Within 10 minutes, we received a call from Jay, who then set up the appointment to have our main line repaired.

The technician arrived approximately 30 minutes later and repaired the leak. He was very pleasant and professional.

Kevin Cohen Plumbing is fantastic, reliable, and honorable. They charged us for only the task - no overtime, no emergency call, etc.

I would definitely contact Kevin Cohen again in the event we need plumbing services.
