Loved everyone in the crew. Joe was able to really explain what needed to be done and was able to execute it. James must be one of the best excavators around putting everything back in very nice shape.

Our tenants had an emergency sewer problem while we were out of town. The Roto-Rooter guys arrived within the hour and had everything working that same morning, which involved clearing out the entire sewer drain system to the main line. They were great, but we knew they would be because we have used them before and will continue to call on them as the need arises.

Don Travis is a good helper and super nice. He helped us with our drainage problem and told us several useful tools.

Second time using Roto-Rooter and I'm just as impressed. While they may not be the cheapest, the prompt service for our emergency was invaluable. Sean was our technician and was a pleasure to work with—he was professional, efficient, and solved our issue quickly. I highly recommend them for reliable and fast service.

Monty was our technician and he was great. 👍 he helped us save some money, he was quick and courteous and thorough.

We had a kitchen drain backup issue early on a Saturday morning. Called them at 10 am when “my fixes” didn’t work. Promptly scheduled from 1 to 3 pm same day. The first technician actually showed up at 11:15 am, but I sadly had gone to the store when I saw them on my security cams. Called the office to let them know I’d be another hour. Came back home. Technician returned at 1 pm promptly in the window of my original appointment. Hunter B (technician) was courteous, quickly identified the issue based on my descriptions, and was done within an hour. He also spotted me a bio maintainer and provided instructions on how to prevent the lines from doing it again. 5 stars is just not enough for how happy I am with their service. Really sound advice and definitely am going to use them to finish my job. Help me understand what was going on was very clear with me and I know nothing about plumbing. So that's saying a lot very fair estimate

We had a great experience! Hunter and Ben showed up quick and went through each step of the process with me and showed me where the problem was coming from and the next steps to fix it. They were very nice and did great work and our plumbing is back to normal thankfully! We would use them again for sure if needed!

Their techs, Ammen and Hunter were so amazing! I’m very appreciative. In addition, anytime I called the office to set up work, the office staff was always helpful and polite. I had backups in my outdoor sewer line twice and they came out immediately to clear them out for me (what businesses do that these days?!), which was great because I had family coming that day, the first time. The second time was part of their guarantee. They were genuine, polite, friendly, quick, but thorough, and professional. They had all the equipment they needed to clear out the line and assess the problem. In addition, they were also respectful of the paths through my garden and respectful of the plants. They were not pushy, and discussed all options to manage the partial block in the line, and the condition of the old pipes. Of course, the fix is not cheap. It wouldn’t be for any company to do. I had consulted with another at first, too. It’s necessary maintenance of an old house that no one wants to face, but I prefer to work with a company that engenders trust and consistency with the work they do.

Monty and Trav were awesome. They were informative, kind, gentle and efficient. Monty saw the issue and said “easy fix” Monty is the best! They fixed my outside spigot. My house is old and I thought for sure this fix will cost me a million dollar but actually they were reasonable and fair. Monty worked really hard working in my crawl space. God bless him. You couldn’t pay me to go under there 😂

Travis was great to work with and very responsive. Got the fix done quickly and on a holiday.

I broke a 3/4 inch waterline outside my home when I drove a stake in the ground. Roto Rooter came the same day and didn't charge emergency rates They fixed it and the cost was less than half the price of a bid I got from a different company.

Travis arrived on time recognized our problem fixed it and then checked out other drains just to make sure they were ok as well. Very satisfied and would certainly use Travis again

They came within 20 minutes of calling, ended up having some plastic in our pipe. They were awesome and quick with snaking the pipe. I believe they also have a 30 day guarantee, where they’ll come back out for free and fix it if it blocks again.

Great service from an experienced, knowledgeable plumber. I experienced a major water leak on Thursday night and it was fixed early the next day for a reasonable price.

Roto-Rooter is completely amazing. Super responsive and fast, professional. When we had our bid for restoration come out. They were really impressed with the mitigation process and how thorough their work was, which made me feel more confident in an unfortunate situation with a huige water leak under our house that caused quite a bit of water damage. They checked up on the dehumidifiers and the process several times through the week and communicated effectively. I highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.
