Great customer service. I came in with a old faucet part with no words or writing on it the guy at the counter knew exactly what it was and was able to rebuild it on the spot. Try getting that at a H-depot or Lowess lol. Thanks again.

Just wanted to say thanks to Tony Jr. I went in looking for an oddball bathtub spout which he did not have. He took the time to find one locally for me and after I bought it he checked to make sure it would work, and it did. This house is 75 plus years old and plumbing parts can be very hard to find. So once again THANK YOU! Very much appreciated.

Doug Jr. was very nice and helpful. He got me the right parts for a dripping bath faucet and also offered some great advice on preventing scale and rust accumulating when I turned the whole house water back on. I'll definitely be back!

The office staff was responsive and Jim, the technician, did a great job in replacing our water heater. The cost was below the estimate, and we are most satisfied.

Had an old wall mount toilet with a leak in Yachats. Plumber said you can't get a part for these any more and I need a new $600+ toilet. Went into Plumbing Works on a whim and came out with the necessary part for under $2.00!!! Needless to say, I was very pleased and appreciative.

Had a water leak and called Plumbing Works in the AM. We got same day service. Because we had to have the city turn the water off in order for the repair to be made, Plumbing Works made an extra effort to repair the leak early enough in the day, so that we could have the water turned back on during regular business hours (this avoided an extra charge). Jim was the first plumber to arrive, replaced a turnoff valve and started to repair a joint leak, when a loose pipe in the ground was discovered. I ask if I could do the digging to find where the loose pipe was. I was allowed to do that. I called Plumbing Works back, about two hours after Jim left and they sent another plumber (Dave) to finish the work. Everyone involved was very efficient and professional. THANK YOU Plumbing Works for the prompt and excellent work.
