Only company that we called of several that came out for a major leak in our pipes. Awesome guys.

I called up because a pipe had burst and Tom was amazing and walked me through the steps so I had immediate access to water. Very great guy!

I own a duplex and a small business and I've always worked with Tom, he knows what he is doing, he's fast, and I can count on him in a pinch, trust me, when your tenant has plumbing problems, it has to be fixed fast.

Solved my leaky toilet and went above and beyond the scope of the job for me. He and his truck may look rough, but I can clearly see that customer service is a priority for Tom's Plumbing. Would recommend.

A couple years ago on Christmas Day, I peeled a lot of potatoes and put them down the drain. Of course, the sink was clogged. I had family over and could not do anything. I used draining and a snake, but could not fix it. I called a few places and no one answered, except Tom. He came right over and I could not believe it, and he was extremely fair with the price.

The second time I used his services was last week. I am doing a full kitchen remodel and needed to move some copper plumbing so I could get the cabinets installed. I was on a time crunch and he worked me in. He did a great job and I cannot recommend him enough.

I just had a backup natural gas generator installed. I hired Tom's Plumbing to run the gas line to the generator. There were a few "hiccups" during the process, not of their doing. Today I came home from running errands to find that Mark, the plumber, on his own initiative, had moved the generator from the garage to the platform I had prepared for it. He had finished the connections at the meter and the generator. So nice to work with a contractor who goes above and beyond.

I called to get a quote on replacing a cast iron toilet flange. He explained that I could get an adapter at a hardware store and proceeded to explain the three different types of adapter I could get.

This was excellent service and probably saved me a lot of money. When I do actually need a plumber in the future, I'll definitely be calling Tom's.

Tom was awesome. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will be using him again and I suggest you use him.

Called in Tuesday late afternoon asking for a shower valve install and extending the height of the shower head. While everyone else wasn't able to see me until next week, Tom was able to squeeze me in Wednesday afternoon and did an amazing job! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great and affordable plumber in Eugene!

I was dealing with ever decreasing pressure & flow . Interior faucets , exterior hose bibs . Tom came out and did a complete walk around and made a plan . The next day right on time his very talented crew came over and went to work immediately. There were multiple problems as my home is home is 30 years old . One at a time he solved every single issue in one day . Great personalities, easy to communicate, job done right first try and lastly very fair billing . I would recommend Them to any friend or family member .

These guys are awesome. We had had Peterson come twice and the issue was not taken care of, they changed hose and charged us. Tom's on the other hand spent some time on the phone with me giving me directions on what to look for. My husband accidentally unhooked a tube and water flooded our kitchen. Tom's came promptly and again gave us directions. They left and charged us nothing!!!! We are calling them to schedule new work we want done. They will be our guys from now on. I highly recommend this down to earth kind hearted business!!

Just horrible. My wife had to call a plumber while I was out of town, unfortunately she chose Tom's plumbing. He charged her $100 for a $15 dollar part and $250 to replace a valve stem. Avoid this person.

Tom’s must be out of business, no one answering phones or returning calls. Several attempts made. I’m a returning customer.

Installed an inferior product. Said he would install a Kohler or an American Standard. Installed a Gerber which is a horrible product. Called numerous times; no response for over two months. Finally had to let them know I would file a complaint with contractors board. Then he refunded a partial amount. Will never use this company again.
Now he claims I approved installation of Gerber toilet. Completely untrue. AlI I was told by installer was that he brought the wrong size. I never approved Gerber and didn’t know of inferior brand until it was installed. And the correct size WAS available so another untrue statement. Avoid this company.

Update: After beginning the process of filing a complaint with his licensing board, the owner contacted me and, after I provided extensive informatio about PEX pipe and several more weeks, replaced the PEX pipe with copper at no charge.

However, despite numerous requests, he hasn't addressed our other concerns.

I have the text messages and voice mails to prove the plumbers weren't waiting for an hour outside our house (and so should not have charged us for that time). And there has been no response to doing work on our sink that wasn't requested--or needed--and leaving it in a broken, unuseable state.

Original review:
Installed inferior exterior pipe (PEX pipe rather than copper) then claimed it was a superior product.

Installed a faucet without approval (and the faucet wasn't broken, the connection to the faucet was) and, in the process, broke the drain connection, which didn't need to be replaced.

Arrived an hour late but then claimed they were waiting an hour for us, so charged us for that time. Also charged us $200 over their estimate.

When these issues were brought to the owner's attention, he was defensive, rude, and unprofessional -- and completely unwilling to rectify them in any way, claiming his company did a good job.
