Twin Rivers is the best!

We had a great experience with Louis who helped with a toilet lift and re-install. Louis was very helpful and great with his response time. I also want to mention Courtney who was great with scheduling and invoicing us for the services rendered. We plan on recommending Twin Rivers and utilizing them again so the need ever arise.

Fantastic experience! Several companies didn't even bother to follow through with estimates but Twin Rivers was on top of it! They got me a project budget quickly. The plumbers were on time and worked hard. They were very polite and neat, leaving no mess behind. Follow up has been great too!

What pros! We have hired Twin Rivers Plumbing for needs at both our business and our home. EVERY time, they communicate well, arrive on time, are neat, considerate, and work very efficiently. This time Louis was on-site to complete the job. Wow, he is stellar!

Our lives took a sudden turn and we needed to change our tub/shower to a walk in shower for health reasons. I called Twin Rivers. They came out immediately and were able to get our work done within 2 weeks. (It would have been earlier but we were going to be out of town. )The professional attitude of all the contractors was impressive. They were so skilled and easy to discuss our needs with. They protected our floors and were very careful to clean up and dispose of everything. Jason, Chase, Matthew and Dan, thanks for a perfect job!

We had a leak on our water main. The service was amazing from start to finish. The way they dug up the grass to get to the leak and put the grass back was very thoughtful. I didn’t need to plant any seed to cover any bare spots. Very pleased with the work.

Excellent service! Matt came out this morning to take a look at our new faucet that we installed but was leaking. He not only diagnosed and fixed the leak but he took apart the faucet because it had a low flow and figured out that it was clogged with debris from the factory. He successfully put the faucet back together and we have a usable powder room again! Very friendly and pleasant guy, and I would definitely use Twin Rivers Plumbing again in the future.

Only use these guys if I absolutely have to.

I hired these guys to replace a tub in my bathroom. The connecting drain hookup leaked the first time we used the shower, like a lot. Which means they didn't check to see if their connection was good before they left. The second day they came back to finish the job and found another leak (at my request to be thorough) at the solder connection! So two leaks both of which they didn't catch before they left the job.

Called to ask for a discount and they did not give one. Said they repaired for free so that should be good. I would have been happy with a 10% or something but nothing? C'mon guys.

I've employed Twin Rivers twice. The first time, while it was a bit spendy, the job was completed and worked well. After this appointment I would have given 5 stars! The second appointment, however, was less involved - but the bill was significantly higher. Additionally, the clogged drain problem was worse after the work and when I contacted the plumber, I was told to call someone else. I felt brushed off, over charged (I got billed for the plumber's trip to the store - for a generic, non specialty part), and all around dissatisfied with the second appointment. After this let-down, I would have given 1 star. I understand this is a hard job, and no disrespect to Twin River, but between these two very different experiences, I can only give 2 stars. I sincerely hope you have a better experience and catch them on a better day.

Unprofessional and rude, never going through this company again especially because it was overpriced.
