Very knowledgeable.

Hundreds cheaper than the next guy, and did a fantastic job.

Will be using him in the future.

These guys came out today and kicked butt Very highly recommend them they were on time they worked very hard and they did everything. They said they were going to do I give them a Five out of five I will use them again

Great family service! I can trust them to be on time, care about my budget. And finish the job before I was done with the cstructio. Around the house! Txs Josh and Sarah!

These guys are amazing. I had a real problem with broken branches after the ice storm and they came out and trimmed all my trees, did a great job, cleaned up the mess and the price was more than fair. Highly recommend them.

Josh and company were wonderful. Punctual for estimate and service, efficient and experienced, cleanup was perfect, fair pricing, helpful and honest. Would choose Josh again without hesitation.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Josh from Shaeffer Tree Solutions when he removed a giant pin oak from my small backyard. We were amazed by how skillfully he removed this large tree from within such a restrictive area. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Josh was a pleasure to work with. His quote was reasonable to cut down a huge tree that was leaning towards the neighbors house. A veteran discount was applied also!

They shoes up early and knocked the job out before 1 pm.

I heartily recommend these guys. Josh Schaeffer and crew gave me a good price, were punctual, and worked their tails off. They did a nice job cleaning up afterwards as well. Josh also was very flexible when I needed to change up the initial work agreement. I wouldn't hesitate to have them back out if I ever need to more work done.

We needed help getting our cat out of a tree and this was the right place to call! Not only were they willing to help, but they did so within minutes. Very caring and helpful. We would give more than five stars if we could.

Removed two apple trees from my property great price friendly service highly recommend

I'd give ten stars if I could. Josh and crew did thorough, professional work removing some boxwoods and trimming multiple trees on our property. As requested, they cut trimmings to wood stove length. This is a local, family owned and operated business that provides excellent service start to finish.

We had two trees in our backyard that needed attention after the major ice storm in January. Several damaged limbs that needed cleared. Josh took care of the unsafe limbs and trimmed up the trees while he was up there so they would be safer for us going forward. The trees were in an awkward spot, but he took care of them without incident. Josh and his assistant worked their tails off for 8+ solid hours. They cleaned up their mess when they were done. I cannot speak to price as compared to his competitors. Josh showed up to take a look, and I felt comfortable with his plan and his price so we agreed on it. Josh has the knowledge, experience, and ability I don't have, so it was worth it to me, regardless of whether or not someone might have done it a little cheaper. I don't know and I don't care. I'd call Josh again if I needed help.

I can not say enough about Shaeffer Tree Solutions
Their professionalism, courtesy, explanation of work, everything was TOP notch.
I have had 2 tree including stumps removed. Couldn't be happier. Cleaned up everything, and hauled it away
I had multiple routes, they beat the quote and quality on all of them
Thank you
They will have a lifetime customer with me

Josh is the best. Friendly, prompt and great prices. Excellent work would recommend him to everyone!

These guy were friendly, fast and efficient. They only took 6 hours to drop a huge problem pine in our backyard. The price was impossible to beat and I will be happy to call them whenever we need tree work.

Schaeffer knows more about proper pruning techniques than anyone around. He sure can make a tree look beutiful. Very knowledgable and highly skilled climber. And the best part is Josh goes out of his way to cut the best deal for the customer. He wont tug you around on an estimate unlike larger companys who drain every penny on useless trims hes very affordable and down to earth unlike those big companies. Hes eugene local as well!

Amazing experience! Josh was friendly, and his prices are unmatched! I called multiple tree removal companies and he gave me the best deal. Give him a try, you won’t be disappointed!

We scheduled an appointment for today last week. Nobody showed up. No call. When I asked if they were still coming I was told Josh had said he probably couldn't make it to his wife. (She is the staff.) But she didn't bother to advise us. Very poor customer service.
