Their plumber Tom came to fix a water leak at our home. I would recommend him highly. Very professional and just a hard working great guy.

Don and Thomas offer expertise in Plumbing, gas, water heaters etc. Thomas identified a faulty city meter, that was making a knocking noise inside the house. Both have solved several problems with our radiant heating. They have installed gas lines for our outside grill. All their work is top notch.

I called on Fridy of a Hoiday weekend. They were able to send someone out on Monday. They needed to order the correct size water heater. They got it in the next day and promptly came over and installed it. They were so friendly, efficiant and professional. I would highly reccomend them.

After all drains clogged over the holiday weekend I was able to speak with the office Tuesday morning and the plumber was promised within 2 hours. He showed up in an hour and now everything is draining perfect! Very professional and nice.

HIGHLY recommend Integrity Plumbing! I had an unfortunate root issue in my septic line that caused a whole home stoppage TWICE in three months. The staff is always on time and goes above and beyond. They also installed the water heater in my home and fixed a hose spigot for me. Will continue to use. Thank you IPI!

Tom and Edwin were highly professional, diagnosing and solving not only the issue we called about originally, but also a previously unknown major issue beneath our house. The builders had failed to connect the washer drainpipe to the sewage pipes, leading to flooding of the insulation and crawl space. Tom fixed the original problem in the shower, leaving the space pristine and functional, then called upon Edwin the same day to take care of the problem beneath the house. The entire interaction was a pleasure. I will definitely use them for any other plumbing issues we might encounter.

I think these guys get a bad rap because their hourly rate is higher than other plumbers in town. But the other side of that coin is that Integrity does great work. I have used five different plumbers at a couple of different houses in Florence, and twice now I've hired Integrity to fix a previous plumber's mistake. So, for example, company X saved me $50 or so on the install of a H/C outside hose bib, but their screwup created a leak inside my wall that did not become apparent for a month or so. Finding and fixing that leak was a big, expensive job, which Integrity handled very well. So, do you want to pay a little more for a one-time job, or pay twice for a cut-rate job? Another plus: Integrity actually answers the phone and returns messages -- a huge plus in this town.

Edwin has been here all day and is still at it, replacing all of our old leaky pipes throughout the house. Always on time and always goes the extra mile. We couldn’t be more pleased with his work.

I was very happy with the service we received today from the integrity employee named Tom. He was courteous, professional and patient. He was very knowledgeable and offered us wonderful advice. He solved our problem with a filtration system and cost us far less than we expected. These folks live up to their name and I highly recommend them!!
