Incredible job. Very polite and professional. This is my first review on Google because I'm usually not too impressed with levels of service, but these guys did such a fantastic job that I decided I should spread the word.

Quote process online was a piece of cake and received quote in the short time for a move from SJ Downtown to Fosret City.
There's a lot of traffic and tight spaces in SJ Downtown, but these guys were quick and efficient and got the job done well. They wrap all of your furniture in plastic and padding and nothing was damaged during the move. I knew I could count on Luxe movers to do things correctly and well. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again for future moves.

We called Luxury Moving and they were able to give us a quote and come on the desired day!

They sent Alex and two Sergeis with moving blankets, plastic wrap, wardrobe boxes, tape, and tools. The three of them were able to pack, transport, and unload all of my stuff within few hours. Everything made it to the new place without a scratch.

Our apartment building's loading zone is VERY far from our apartment and to make it worse our apartment was also at the very end of a looong hallway. They never complained once, moved very quickly and there were no surprise charges at the end. They charged us exactly what they quoted and even asked if we were sure we didn't need help with anything else before they left.

I hope I never have to move again but if we do, I will be sure to use them again!

Luxury Movers is definitely a great moving service! We were looking to move from our small 1 bedroom apartment in San Jose to Concord.

You should be aware that the moment you start looking for moving services, some of the calls you get are from agents, and NOT ACTUAL MOVERS. They will take your order, put it up on a message board and wait for some moving company to pick up the order. The agent will then add a surcharge on top of this and present you with a quote. Needless to say, this is more expensive and unreliable, compared to a company that actual owns their own moving vehicles.

Luxe Movers have their own trucks, equipment and work very quickly. They arrived in scheduled time frame, and loaded about 25 boxes + furniture in 2 hrs. We couldn't believe how quick they were! The owner, Yana, is a straight shooter and will not try to add any additional charges on top of what she agreed with you.

I would definitely recommend them as they are dependable, efficient and very affordable in a marketplace that's crowded by expensive service providers. Highly recommended!

Moving with Luxury Moving was a greate experience! The management and the movers were excellent from the moment I called to make an appointment to moving the final box. I submitted a quote online and received a response within the half hour. I received confirmation during an hour after. The communication was easy!
When the movers came to my apartment, I hadn't completely finished packing up yet. They helped me put the remaining items in boxes, dismantled my bed, wrapped up delicate furniture and move everything into the truck . They were hilarious, just all around in great spirits, making a stressful situation much easier to handle! Thanks so much!

I moved with luxury moving roughly 3 years ago. It was my first time hiring movers so I didn't realize, but a recent move showed me how above and beyond they went.

They did all our packing while we moved from the Silicon Valley to Seattle WA and the total move cost the same as our more recent move between neighboring towns! All of the boxes they packed are clearly labeled and well organized, all our glassware was completely intact, and our furniture was carefully protected from any dirt and damage. They laid down carpets to protect our wood flooring and were in general meticulously tidy. They didn't utter a word of complaint or comment even though in hindsight the job was an extremely difficult one.

If it makes geographical sense I will hire them for my next move in a heartbeat!

AMAZING MOVERS. I highly recommend these movers. No tricks or hidden fees or last minute surprises. Yana and her team moved stuff from our 3000 square foot house (3BR, 2BA) in 4 hours, including a 72 inch fish tank, mattresses, and TVs. They knew how to disassemble/reassemble furniture and electronics. They were even able to bring 2 trucks so that I could send some furniture to storage and some to the new home without wasting time. Incredibly, they also accommodated my very last minute emergency day change over Memorial Day weekend, without any fuss or complaint! They were friendly, careful, efficient, respectful, and thorough. I will 100% use them again!! THE BEST.

Hired this company last weekend, super great communication, friendly staff but also professional. I lived on the third floor and they loaded everything onto the truck, including boxes, couch, tv, bed, vanity etc. Everything got to location B safely and no damage. They unloaded the things even faster and got everything set up. 10/10 would recommend! Next time I move I will be hiring them again.

I hired Luxury movers about two years ago and was absolutely impressed. They were great communicators, on time, and they were fast. They took great care of all our items as well. We’re moving again in a few months and I definitely will be giving them a call .

Luxury Moving did an excellent job helping us unload our U-Haul truck. Two movers arrived on time and wasted no time getting to work. They were fast, efficient, and handled everything with care. I had a fantastic experience with luxury moving of Oregon.The team was professional, punctual, and handled everything with great care. They made what could have been a stressful moving day smooth and stress-free. All of my belongings were packed securely, transported safely, and delivered on time. The crew was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up exactly how I wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.

Their service was overall okay but I did not appreciate their behavior. During my initial conversation with Yana, I told her we would be good with 3 movers instead of 4 and hopefully will be done in 3 hrs because we don't have bulky furniture, or appliances to move.

On the day of our move, she arrived, explained 'rudely' that this move would take more than 3 hrs, and accused us of misinforming them. She made me feel I was asking for a lot. (It eventually took us 4.5 hrs to complete the move with 3 movers) Please try not to stress out your customer on the moving day unnecessarily!

The size of a move is very subjective. Please have better communications with your customers. Ask more questions!!

Giving 4 stars because they were careful and efficient once they started packing and moving. Excellent job! We didn't have to worry about anything once they took over.

Moved apartment units in the same complex. The photos below are what they left behind in the old unit. They also started 1 hour late. Would not recommend.

We moved earlier this year and they moved all the boxes that was great. But one thing you should now is that when they were in the old house moving the boxes, we packed a box with expensive shoes in front of them.That box has $500 worth of shoes and has been missing since the move. And they charged $400+. for their moving service. Judge it for yourself and think about using this service.
