I contacted Bruce asking for service on a air conditioning unit at a Pasco Wa residence. The earliest normal appointment was scheduled 13 hours later. However the company called and was able to come out earlier (about 6 hours from the time I called- on the same day.
On arrival, the problem was determined(fan motor) within the first hour. A replacement motor was available on the van and the repair was completed in one hour. The site was left clean and neat. Before leaving the temperature was checked to verify proper cooling. Technicians we’re pleasant and knowledgeable

We had the best experience with Bruce Heating & Air Conditioning! Our air conditioning broke over memorial weekend. With just one call, and we we’re connected to a great technician, Chase. He was able to diagnose and solve our issue right away. He was professional and explained what needed to be done to get keep our air conditioning up and running! We appreciated the expedient same day service on this hot sunny day!

Bruce Mechanical has been doing Service work for my place of employment for many years. They respond quickly and are very reliable. Chase was our tech today. He was very professional, polite and efficient. He checked in a few times to update us on the status of where he was at with things.

Did an excellent job fixing our A/C!! Lino was the repair tech and he was an excellent communicator (explaining everything) and did a great job. It was expensive for how much the failed part actually cost (googled) but worth it to have repairs done in a few hours (everything is so expensive anymore). System is working well ever since and really happy since it’s getting hot again this week. Very satisfied!!!

The tech showed up on time, was knowledgeable and personable and knew in minutes what was wrong. Fixed it within the hour. Happy here!

They're the ones that installed my heater before we bought our house. So I called them when we realized that my thermostat was blank.We tried to problem solve, and was unable to fix it. So Richard came out after working all day and had a smile on his face. Dealt with my dogs. And was truly a life saver. I look forward to having them also come fix our gas fireplaces so we can enjoy them too! So happy to know that they do so much! So thankful for such wonderful staff. Mind you he got out of bed to come help me, and stayed to fix everything until 1am, after having a long really busy Friday. I'm so thankful for him, I will be asking for Richard from here on out. Thank you for having quality, caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable staff that you can tell care about you as a customer and care about their trade. You've earned a devoted customer!

Fantastic work by the technician, diagnosed the issue quick - had an instant quote and parts available to repair. Even though it was an after hours rate- I still feel like I got a great deal with them coming to my home same day and fixing it so quickly.
