I rely upon the Cleaning Authority to help me clean my home every other week. Stephanie and the whole crew always do a wonderful job, and are so kind and friendly. I am enormously grateful to them, and recommend the Cleaning Authority and Stephanie highly. ... and once again, Stephanie and the Cleaning Authority have earned my undying gratitude. Their cleaning yesterday saved my life and sanity.

Sydnee & Emily were great! The house looked wonderful - it was nice to have it fully cleaned after we've all been couped up here for 7 months. Both girls wore masks, socially distanced, and were very kind. Can't wait to have them back out!

We have been using the Cleaning Authority for a short time, but we are extremely impressed with the work they do. Sally, Cassidy & Audrey show up with a positive attitude and are able to work around whatever is going on in our home, giving a thorough and excellent cleaning. They smile and get the job done! I fully recommend this company for your cleaning needs!

About 2 years ago I started using The Cleaning Authority Hillsboro. I have no complaints. They show up every time the are scheduled to, they do a great job, and when I've been home they are super friendly. When I need a schedule change or have a question, the main office is super responsive. Easy and simple which is just what i need!

Incredible company! I coordinate a cleaning for my sister-in-laws house as a surprise when she went in for a surgery. Cleaning Authority Hillsboro helped me make it a surprise, easy to schedule and talk to, and sent over a great team to clean the house. My sister-in-law said they did a "fabulous" job. She said her house has never been cleaner. I was so grateful for their help.

Excellent Pricing and excellent service . Used the Cleaning Authority based on recommendation of my co-work who uses them monthly . I will start to have them over as well on a regular basis .

I had them help clean my apartment as i was moving unit. I cleaned the unit the best I could while still completing my move. They made the apartment i left look brand new , better than I could have done my self.

Team Cassie and Haalen were absolutely stellar! The deep clean was for a move-out, and the house was even cleaner than when I moved in. Highly recommended! Inspector Stephanie and team Angela and Kayla also helped and we couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you!

Just had a great experience with Cierra and Hillary. The house is so clean, they were so efficient, let themselves in and out, just happily worked around me while I was in meetings, they have masks on and keep at a distance at all times. They even very sweetly tidied away some of baby toys and folded the blankets in the cribs that I had left laying around after a crazy morning. Best feeling ever to finish meetings and look around to a sparkling house. Thank you!

This was my first time ever using a house cleaning service. I was amazed at the planning the put into the rotation schedule to maintain my place after the first two deep cleans. I have not been disappointed by the courteousness, professionalism and quality of the work done. I highly recommend them if you are in need of cleaning services.

Stephanie did an amazing job. She has cleaned my home before and is one of the few who does it solo. She is thorough and is willing and able to answer any questions I may have. Very friendly and hard working. Highly recommend!

I've started using cleaning authority for a few months now. With a new baby, there's not alot of time to clean. Cleaning authority does a great job at keeping my house clean. I added fridge and oven cleaning too, it was very affordable. They are very professional and responsive. If I ever have an issue, it is immediately addressed. Will definitely recommend!!

The cleaners were very pleasant, thorough and expertly cleaned my very dirty condo. They really hit all the places where my previous cleaners never touched. I would love to have them come again! Please try and send the same ones again. I especially feel good about the younger, tall young woman whose name I don't remember.

The quality work this company provides is outstanding! Not only do they do a great job cleaning my house, they are amazingly nice to interact with and are very pet-friendly. I especially appreciate Kassadee’. She always arrives with a smile and is ready to go. She consistently leaves my house super clean and does it very quickly!! Teonna is new to me, but she did a great job too last time.

I have only had the cleaning authority here for our initial clean but I have to say I’ve been impressed. Their customer service from initial
contact to in home estimate to rescheduling calls to our first clean has been amazing. They were here for over 3 hours for the first clean and it feels so good to have my house clean! Sydnee and Katie were awesome

The gals were all friendly and responsive to my requests. They worked hard, and did an excellent job. I feel very secure having them here, knowing that they are using quality products, wearing masks, practicing safe distance, and best of all - giving me a wonderful feeling of having a very clean home. Today they helped me make my bed, since I wasn't able to do it right now. I'm very thankful for these wonderful gals!

The Cleaning Authority has been cleaning for us for about four years now,. They are consistently amazing, I can't recommend them highly enough! Today Michelle and Sally did a phenomenal job, which of course, is the usual standard. LOVE these guys. (UPDATE 9/2020: STILL love these guys!!) (UPDATE 7/2024: Still amazing!)

Cleaning Authority has always been helpful and very responsive if I have any issues. If there's a spot that's not up to my standards then they will send someone out to reclean it, although I've never had to do this.

The teams are friendly and punctual and there's always great communication. The cleaning teams alternate but there has been only a couple people I haven't been fully satisfied with and so they take them off our route. We have been very pleased with the cleaners 99% of the time. The couple hiccups we have had, Cleaning Authority has ALWAYS made it right!

Favorite cleaning team is LaRhonda, Jude and Nichole! Always a great team to have cleaning our home.

I really appreciate Christina and Grace for their attention to detail, professionalism and awesome personalities. They do a great job! Thank you ladies!! You both rock!!
