Our furnace died the second day of 2022 after 30ish years of dedicated service. It was a Sunday morning. William was courteous and got me in to an already busy schedule later that day. He diagnosed it and installed a new furnace the next day. He was communicative, professional, and courteous. He even brought a space heater to supplement our fireplace in the interim.
He also helped walk me through potential options for the future to prepare for potential future summers of intense heat like that crazy week or two in Summer 2021.
While I wasn't planning on dropping thousands for a new furnace to start the new year, William did a fantastic job getting my family warm again quickly and skillfully.
