Phil and Kevin did a good job. Phil described the problem clearly and explained what repairs are needed. The jobs were done beautifully.

My toilet was constantly filling up. Called Mr Rooter. Had someone out the very next day—A Saturday—to fix. The technician Gianni Olivo was a very engaging person who took the time to answer all my concerns. At this time he fixed the problem and left. About 6 hours later the problem resurfaced. A call to Mr Rooter had Gianni back within an hour—-WOW!!! After a quick analysis of the issue he discovered a very unique problem which he never encountered before. He fixed the issue and it seems to be working. Because of the exemplary service and the considerate Gianni, I highly recommend Mr Rooter Plumbing for any plumbing needs. Tech was fast and efficient. He gave us advice on how to deal with our emergency repair and even recommended some diy stuff that we can do to improve our piping

I had multiple faucet installations and repairs.
Ric did a fantastic job. He fixed all of the issues I had with the old faucets snd my very cramped under sink areas. I have an intrusive vent stack. Because of Rics tidy install my sink pulldown sprayer finally is usable. He cleaned up thoroughly and was great to work with. Thank You!

Tucker was great. He methodically went through the entire house to replace old galvanized pipes and it is complicated because it has hot water heat too ....that we didn't replace. Lots of pipes ....everywhere. Got a call saying that Tucker was coming within the hour (the 7 o'clock hour). ugh.. but hey, very appreciated.

PS. he even tolerated my DOG!! lol

Phillip our technician, did an excellent job putting in our new waterheater. He was friendly and courteous. And explained things, and answered our questions Iwould request him again.

Chris was on time, did a good job of explaining options and both short term and long term considerations. He completed the work in a timely manner and resolved the drain issues I was having in my tub/showers.

Even though it took awhile for the technician to arrive since he was coming from another job, when he arrived the issue was resolved in less than an hour. We had a major drain plug, so we didn’t have any other way to resolve the problem.
Our Service Technician Colby was very empathetic with the problem.

Scottie Parks was very kind and assured me that the water heater is fine. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and made sure I understood. I truly appreciated his quick arrival at my house and the time he took with me!

The piping previously installed did not fit standard sizing for replacement. Our technician Jeremy Hicks was fantastic! He got our tub spout and piping replaced in less than an hour. Fast, friendly, efficient, upfront about costs, and very knowledgeable. A Would recommend!

Garrett, not Phil, was the one who did all the work. (The text I received said to rate Phil). He was courteous, professional and so helpful. What I thought would be a simple unclogging of two toilets turned into a little bit more - tree roots clogging everything! Garrett explained everything as he went along and was open and transparent about what he saw. I wanted everything to be fixed and I am confident it was!

Garrett was an amazing technician!!! He was very kind, knowledgeable and would not give up! I had a sewer clog that that fought him tooth and nail, but Garrett was calm and dedicated to get my problem resolved! Once he cleared the clog he went above and beyond to find out exactly why it clogged in the first place. Thank you Garrett for your hard work, I supper appreciate you!

This company is amazing . They were able to come out to my flooded home right away. Greg Bauer was amazing . He spent so much time trying to make sure everything was cleaned and fit properly .
