They did an awesome job. It was difficult since my water heater is in my attic. They got it done and cleaned up was also great. They were $3000 cheaper than the companies I contacted. Definitely recommend!

Sam and Dustin were great to work with. They spent extra time with me up-front explaining my options and likely scenarios with fixing my main service line. We ended up replacing the line instead of trying to chase the leak and their service was timely, well-crafted, and fairly priced. I’ll use them again if I need them and would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work.

This is now our third project and each one was emergent work. Mainline, garage hose bib isolation valve, and now the dishwasher isolation valve. The latter was somewhere I couldn’t get to post knee surgery. So Sam and his team have always been prompt and on top of things. Thank you for all the help and work.

Really appreciated SKS during a recent plumbing failure. Sam at SKS came out right away, troubleshooted the issue thoroughly, and repaired it. He was friendly and communicative and did a fantastic job! I also appreciated how quickly SKS responds to questions and helps locate parts. Sam and Dustin were amazing! They had a pretty large job running new hot and cold pipes through the entire house as well as fixing some drainage issues. Sam gave me a fair and transparent quote, which even ended up being cheaper when they discovered not all the work quoted needed to be done. A bit of integrity that was much appreciated. As for the work, they were professional, hard working, communicated well throughout the process, and got the job done right.

I was also dealing with several other stressful projects at the time, and Sam went above and beyond to offer advice and perspective that helped me feel more at ease. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and the work he does, and I would recommend him and his team without hesitation!!

We just had a new water heater installed in our home and the 2 technicians were very polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough about their work, and I am very pleased with the results! They even troubleshot an unrelated issue like our leaky toilet at no extra charge, and gave us some very helpful information about the matter. Sam (SKS) and Justin were fantastic. Sam knew what had to be done with my plumbing job and quoted very competitively. They were out the next day and finished in 4 hours. Love the new spigots and plumbing for my Home-brewery. Highly recommended.

SKS was terrific. Called and Sam answered phone. We talked. I sent a picture of our problem. He was in the area and able to drop by and got my pipe fixed. 40 year old iffy fix corrected!! And this was on a Friday afternoon. Wow!
