Kari’s Top Notch Cleaning is the best! When I sold my house there was a tight schedule between moving out and the new buyers arriving. Kari and her crew worked their magic and left a clean home an hour before the buyers got the keys. Thank you again for being amazing! Absolutely recommend them!

Kari and her team have been cleaning our AirBNB for a few years and they are amazing! I don’t know how we would rent our house without her! She is communicative and super responsive and always shows up as planned. That seems like a given but we have had experiences before meeting Kari that have shown us how hard this is to come by. In addition, they do a tremendous job! The house is so clean and beautiful every time. If you are considering hiring Kari, stop considering and just do it! You will not regret it!

An amazing experience and a level of clean I certainly didn’t expect. I contacted the owner (Kari) in a panic as I was moving, but my health was preventing me from being able to clean the apartment after leaving. The Top Notch crew came in and cleaned the apartment to a level that it hadn’t been at since it was new. It certainly wasn’t that clean when I moved in. Thank you Top Notch for saving the day!!

I had a reoccurring house cleaning set up. Everything seemed to be going well and then they stopped showing up. I tried to call and text numerous times with no response.

Met with Kari in August and was quoted a price of $300-500. Job was done in August. After cleaning was completed we made numerous attempts to obtain the bill. It finally arrived in November and was for $1100!! Made further attempts to contact her regarding the bill and an area she missed in the house. No response. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - Expect to be overcharged and minimal communication. I hired Kari to clean an empty house mid-week. There was no coordination prior cleaning, she called the day of service asking how to get into the house. Upon entry she immediately tried to upsell me into an added service for the smell of my garage, literally from opening the garage door to walking into the house while on the phone. After a brief consultation and explaining I wanted a general interior cleaning, I didn't hear from Kari until after 6p that evening. There was no mention of what was completed in the cleaning, how long it took nor the total cost.

When I looked through the house the next day, I noticed shoe marks on the floor, missed spots in house and our minimal kitchen items had been thrown in the garbage. A week later I get a $600+ bill, informed that two people spent over 5hrs cleaning and a defensive attitude when questioned about the numbers.

I hired an alternate local cleaner for an another similar sized extremely dirty property with far superior communication and pricing.

For better communication and service, find other alternatives to this business!
