We had a leak in our pumphouse that I could not find so I called II S Mechanical. They out on time the next day. They were very aware of the current "Social Distancing" while talking to me and while working. This is the 2nd time we have used this company and would recommend them. No more leaking pumphouse plumbing!

love this company and their techs, very friendly, professional and good. They installed a new tankless water heater at my house that runs both my radiant floor heating and domestic hot water. They answered all my questions and concerns and installed without issue. It was a challenge converting pipping from a tank water heater to a tankless but they did and it works great. very happy with the product and company.

Charged me over $500 to r&r a dishwasher. Ridiculous.

They came out to clear our rain gutter down spout drains. They spent a lot of time on the phone, which made our bill higher since they charge by the hour. The machine broke and they told me they couldn't do the last two drains and that we should call action drain because they will be cheaper. A bit frustrated they up charged me by talking on the phone so much, and then not offering to come out and finish the work. The drains that were cleared appear to be drianing well, but I'm still stuck with two clogged drians. I won't be using this company again.
