I had a water leak in a bathroom that damaged a wall, flooring and an adjoining bedroom. Wade Smith of Summitt Cleaning and Restoration earned our contract easily above the competition with his depth of study, thoroughness and higher professionalism. I would go so far as to say these workman character traits were a manifest standard with EVERYONE from Summit Cleaning and Restoration.
I want to acknowledge Nicholle Riesch, Accounting Specialist and Praislee Every, Mitigation Dispatcher from the early days for their welcomed clear, prompt and precise communications. From the get go, Project Manager Daniel Moore and every single member of his crew, worked on this project, like it was in their own house, with the care and attention most of us can only wish for. They were very attentive to detail, prompt, steady, courteous, and thorough to completion. Mr. Moore was absolutely, full time accessible, consistently responsive to my general communications and questions. Josh, Chris the wall paper hanger, our carpet installer, the painters and more were so outstanding, I want to personally thank them for their integrity and job well done! On a couple of occasions Mr. Moore himself provided above and beyond job description help that wasn't expected, yet generously provided. Everyone on this project were hard workers, tidy, and informative.
It has been my privilege and good fortune to have hat THESE good folks provide our needed cleaning and restoration. I would not hesitate to request their services again should the occasion arise. It has been a comfort and a joy to have met real people of goodness and dependable integrity such as was found in Mr. Moore and this Crew on our project. Josh and Ed did a great job with my ceiling repair set up. They were very good at explaining each step as they went along, containing drywall removal "dust" and debris. Their professionalism reflects well for this company.

We had a complex situation with water damage and an insurance claim. We needed mold mitigation and restoration for the damages from a broken water pipe.

Ryan was very easy to work with, communication was prompt and he kept us updated through all of the many changes of events that can happen with home repairs and insurance claims. He handled communications with our insurance agent seamlessly and made it very easy on us through the whole process. We definitely recommend working with Ryan at Summit!
