Great to work with. Got a call back on Sunday, scheduled appointment for Thursday. Aiden was right on time, fixed my issue quickly, detailed explanation, kind and courteous. Will keep their info handy for future work. Pleasure doing business with them.

I called Genie appliance repair to come check out my fridge because it stopped cooling. They sent Chad. I'm so thankful they sent this respectful young man to our home because he diagnosed the refrigerator with a broken compressor but he did tell me that it's still under warranty even though I bought it used. The manufacturer is fixing it for free! It was a great experience. The main reason I called Genie appliance is because of Google reviews and I'm glad I did!

They immediately took my call and scheduled an appointment to come out that same afternoon Tim quickly diagnosed the problem ordered the parts gave an estimate and said he’d call as soon as the parts arrived. He called the same day the parts got in And came out that same day and fixed my washer Even though it was after 5 PM They were very professional as very customer service oriented and I would highly recommend them

I’ve used Genie twice and both times were excellent. On both occasions I received a call within an hour of submitting the form on their web site to set up an appointment. Prompt, professional, great expertise. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, my washer was beyond repair, but Tim asked if there was anything else that I needed help with. That reminded me that I was having problems with my fridge. Tim fixed it and saved me from having to buy two new appliances.

I needed a dryer repaired and being new to the area, I trusted the 5 star rating on the website. Tim stayed in communication with me as we waited for a part to be shipped. He was pleasant and went right to work. He discovered a venting issue that was very unusual. In addition to the work he was initially hired to do, he worked with me to solve the venting issue. He went way above and beyond to fix the problem. He deserves the 5 stars.

Tim is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to appliances. He is quick to come out and give a quote, always gives you the best price and recommendation for which parts to use (more expensive vs. cheaper alternatives). He fixed our dryer and our refrigerator, I would highly recommend his services to anyone seeking appliance repair.

After going through another company and having a HORRIBLE experience, I looked up a repair company and I have to say Genie Appliance Repair lived up to and exceeded their reviews. They fixed as much as they could (but at this point it is probably better to just purchase a new one) and kept me informed and really tried to fix it 100 percent. They were honest and affordable and really explained everything. I will definitely call them if I ever need any other repairs.

Had our glass radiant cooktop completely fail on a frigidaire unit. I didn't really call around , but did See Genie Appliance repair and based my decision solely on the reviews I found. I can confirm with all of the reviews on this page and other places I saw, google etc. that Tim does fantastic work and in very good time. prompt response from the web form to completion of fixing our Electric range. Polite, Courteous and professional. price/cost sealed the deal. reasonable in all aspects. I will go back to Genie Repair for future repairs.

Tim installed an ice maker in our refrigerator for us. He arrived right on time and made quick work of the job. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and reasonably priced. I will surely call him again for any repairs I need.

I had a wonderful experience with Genie Appliance Repair today! When I called they made an appt. for the next day. He called to let me know that he was on his way and was able to come a little early if I was ready. He explained what had happened to cause the refrigerator to stop cooling, what I could do to solve the problem if it ever happened in the future, and even fixed the problem I was having with my dishwasher while he was here, at no charge. I was amazed! I not only spent so much less than I was worried it would be, but I saved money in the long run. I definitely recommend Genie Appliance Repair!

I highly recommend Genie Appliance Repair. Tim is a very knowledgeable service technician. I really appreciated how easy he was to schedule with, his affordable pricing, his common sense approach to repairs, and the quality of his work. Dealing with a locally owned and operated repair company was so much less stressful than trying to work with one of the bigger appliance repair companies out of Portland.

Tim was the ideal repairman-courteous, resourceful in discovering the cause of problems, and implemented successful solutions. He answered all my questions and even identified problems with the appliances that I hadn't noticed. He also made sure all parts of the refrigerator were reassembled and left everything in perfect order. I highly recommend his services.

Thanks to Tim, I am sitting here drinking an ice, cold soda as I write this review! He came out on a Saturday (that's a rarity these days) to fix our garage fridge that had stopped running cold. It was a used fridge, but we really didn't want to replace it just yet. Tim quickly diagnosed the problem (faulty computer board) and fixed it right away at a fair price.
