Yearly checkup on our 1 year old HVAC units. Jake was on time, very polite and fully explained the maintenance work he completed. Ordered a maintenance agreement which was hassle free and set up as s month auto payment. Very professional company to work with. Thanks Air Stars!

I've used Air Stars for several years and am never disappointed with their service. All the technicians who come pay attention to detail and "cover all the bases". This also applies specifically to Andrew A. On his visit today he discovered a problem that only the most detail oriented technician would have found. On discovery he followed up with calls to the manufacturer and other sources to discuss the problem and its resolution. Hat's off to Andrew A. for his dedication and attention to detail.

Amy is extremely kind and knowledgeable. Trust was earned immediately as she listened to the details of my situation- my hvac went out on a 96 degree day and Amy helped make a very stressful situation manageable.

We are selectively taking quotes for furnace and central air conditioner replacement. Amy, their System Designer, arrived when scheduled, listened to my concerns about our current aging system, inspected our current system, and offered quotes based on her 20 years of experience. She was friendly, personable, and professional.

Ryan Hall came to the house for our appointment today. He was kind, knowledgeable, and a great help in teaching us about the ductwork and what we will need in the future. We are very pleased with his work and efficiency.

We replaced our 26 year old furnace and water heater which included an upgrade with A/C. The whole experience with CEC was outstanding to include the estimate with Zach who answered all of our questions and suggested the 18” slim A/C unit which fit perfectly between the RV cover and house. During the install four CEC employees showed up which included Devin, Damien, Josh and one other. It took them most of the day and we had nothing but great service by the crew, attitudes where positive and kept us informed throughout the day. Highly recommend CEC if you want a standup local company.

Chris is awesome! Personable and goes above and beyond to show you what he has found and making sure you understand the issue before after and during service. He also is great in working with my daughter when I need help and letting her know if I am having issues personally not related to the service he is at the house doing. Issues like I am too dizzy to be up etc. I highly suggest requesting Chris for your tec.

The guys did a great job handling our anode issue and were very informative about the issue.

As always, wonderful service from Sky Heating. Chris came out to check my heat pump and did a very thorough job. He explained everything he did and made me feel confident that the system was working well. We talked about a few things that could be done to make it even better and I've already scheduled an appointment to get the work done.

Had Sky Heating and Torsen Humphrey out to look at AC unit. Very informative and easy to understand. In fact Torsen, the technician seems to really know his profession. Would recommend them for AC needs.

Ryan was pleasant, courteous, and thorough in explaining what service he completed and covered recommendations to improve our system but not in a pushy way. I will say I’ve never had a bad experience with Air Stars Technicians. Ryan, thank you for keeping us cool!

We had the Cadillac of all the Heating and cooling systems installed. Trane XV20i
With 6 zones, Trane TAM9 Air Handler, Nexia XL1050 & 940 Digital, wifi Controls, Ceiling vents. All new duct work installed, Upgraded heat pump to also heat the Garage.

P.s. we were also in the beginning stages of a rather large remodel & realized we were going to need to upgrade our electrical systems. One, we had nowhere nere-enough power to do all the upgrades & we were going to need some serious work done... remodeling the kitchen with a rather large addition as well as both the bathrooms.
So Between our Contractor & CEC Electritions we had CEC'S Electrition, Engelman Electric inc. Ron Thunderbird, & His crew Completely replace and upgrade an out dated panel while also ramping up the incoming power.. from 150 to 200 if you can imagine everything coming to a screeching halt....! Because there wasnt enough power, to do what we had, planned, Ron was able to Quit literally jump into action, coordinate his guys with PGE to keep the project moving forward while still installing the new heating & cooling system. But also accommodate the rest of the house remodeling. 5☆ initiative
A rather stressful situation to say the least. Made much easier by Ron's reassurance it was all going to work out, The added cost was much less then we expected keeping us in budget and done well & with urgency to keep multiple projects on time.
A shout out to all involved with this project.

Our house has an in-law addition which only had baseboard and wall heaters, and no air conditioning. We finally decided to have Mitsubishi ductless units installed to provide more efficient heat, as well as air conditioning. We specifically wanted Mitsubishi. I’ve been to Japan several times (my son lives there) and ductless units are in every building and home I’ve been in. Most, if not all, were Mitsubishi units, so I trust this brand the most. Air Stars was listed as an authorized installer on Mitsubishi’s website.

Taylor Tolleson came out right away to provide an estimate and worked with us to revise the estimate to fit into our budget. He was a wealth of information and answered all our questions.

We opted for a larger unit in the main part of the apartment, which will cover the family room, kitchen and laundry area, and a smaller unit in the only bedroom which will cover that and the bathroom. The larger unit has an “eye” that will direct the air to a person moving through the room, but it also periodically checks the room for cold spots in the winter or hot spots in the summer and will direct the air there, as needed.

On installation day, Damien Chernishov showed up on time with another installer whose name I can’t recall. They were quick and efficient in installing both wall units and the extremely quiet motor. They wore booties over their shoes or removed their shoes every time they entered our house. Damien answered all of our questions and patiently showed us how to use the remotes while we waited for the electrician to arrive.

The electrician arrived shortly thereafter and quickly installed the needed upgrades to our breakers in the electrical panel and disconnected the existing heaters to allow us to remove them, if we decide to in the future, and to prevent them from being accidentally turned on.

Overall, we are very pleased. Everyone we interacted with was great, including Veronica and Lynn in their office. We hope to use Air Stars again in the future to install ductless units in our main house, replacing our existing HVAC because I expect greater utility savings from using these more efficient units.
