Each time, we've run into some interesting plumbing challenges, and they've always handled the work with skill. When we had a plumbing issue that wasn't their usual area, they kindly recommended another reliable professional. Most recently, Geoffrey came out to help us with a difficult sewer odor in the house. He figured out that the toilet wasn't vented properly, which was causing septic gases to come in through the laundry plumbing. Geoffrey fixed the venting for our toilet, and that took care of the problem right away. Wow! I must share how excellent these guys are! My water heater was showing signs of serious wear and tear, bubbling up and leaking from the threaded joints. In addition, I decided to have the entire water piping system in my house replaced due to the old pipes being galvanized, which made them prone to leaks and caused the water to turn a yellowish color if disturbed. The team, including Geoffrey and Braden, worked efficiently and neatly. Being Asian, we don't wear shoes in the house and all the guys respected that, always covering their boots when entering. They made only small, necessary incisions in the walls during the repiping process, which I was thankful for.
