Kept me well informed of arrival time etc. My MASSIVE stump was about 10 ft in diameter and had roots going out that were the size of average tree stump. Had been previously ground down but soil erosion brought it up again. Was very uneven and sloped surface making that area of the yard non-usable. His monster remote controlled grinder had no problem chewing it up to a depth of about 21”. Took maybe 3 hrs for it to be gone.

In our Lake Oswego project we had several large Douglas fir and some maple stumps . VGSG DID A FANTASTIC JOB FOR US!!! We look forward to using them again. Very professional and thorough.

Wish I could share a pic… these guys were awesome! We had about 90 feet of hedge- we took it out with chain saws, and Bryce and his team came quickly and ground it all out in a few hours. Right up against a fence with no problem!

Had a massive laurel bush removed two years prior. By a different company,They poisoned the multiple stumps and told me it would die. It didn't it kept resprouting the laurel.evrywhere even on pieces that looked to be completely cut through. This company came in and ground the stumps for a reasonable price and solved the problem. In in a single afternoon.

Bryce and his team are literally the best. They are quick and clean up so well behind them. They have great availability, are so kind, affordable and trustworthy. I have recommended them to everyone I know.

I couldn’t be happier with Brice’s work! He was well educated, had the best equipment, and was all about safety and clean worksite. I was tempted to rent a machine from depot myself. After seeing what he did, and how far down he dug, there’s absolutely no way the rental machine would’ve done that, it also would’ve taken me days to do what he did in an hour. He has the big guns!!!!

89 feet of 30 year old hedge stumps! Very Good Stump Grinding took a couple of hours to grind them to almost nothing! Incredibly reasonable price, very quick scheduling of job, cleaned up after!

These guys are amazing ! We referred them out for a tree removal no one else wanted or said it would take to long and they did it in less than a day and did the stump grinding and all the clean up . Great job !! We will definitely be using you guys again !!

We lost three conifers in the ice storm and winds of January 2024 leaving three large stumps, two of which uprooted. Bryce and his associate brought two sizes of grinders to the job, one for the largest stumps and another for tight spots to reduce the stumps to earth and chips. We now have blueberries and other plants thriving in that area.

I called Very Good Stump Grinding for a stump removal quote and that turned into a full tree removal and stump grind. I received 6 bids and these guys beat them all on the tree + stump removal cost. Great guys, great communication, and they did a great job cleaning up after the removal. Would use again and recommend without hesistation.

Very Good Stump grinding did a great job. They came within a few days of our call, texted before they arrived and made quick work of our three stumps. When we asked them to return due to a rock hard root that we found during cleanup, they came the same day and ground it at no additional charge. They were very friendly, professional and reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again!

We had numerous tree stumps left over after a portion of our tall laurel hedge toppled over. Bryce came over, sized up the need, and efficiently completed the job, despite its difficult location right next to a fence. Very satisfied with his work!

They did a fabulous job, I had a massive tree out front of the house that was splattering sap over the cars and after we got that cut down they came in and grinded that bad boy down and you can’t tell there was a massive tree there.
