Victory Electric gets an A+ for customer service and high-quality work. We have worked with many Lebanon businesses in the last year to develop our property, and Victory was by far the most professional, responsive, and friendly.

Scott was amazing! He was so kind and knowledgable. We sold our house in Lebanon and are currently in our camp trailer at my parents house in Lacomb. Our power kept clicking off. I called telling him what I was told I needed. He asked a few clarifying questions. Then had me change to an outlet that was not the GFCI. Low and behold not one problem! I used the microwave, heater, etc. It has yet to trip. No charge! He did it over the phone like it was a walk in the park. But to me it was over my head. So, so grateful! He even called back to check and see if I needed anything else! Please use him and remember him if anyone you know needs an electrician!

My wife and I were having problems with our dryer, we swapped out some parts and still had not fixed the problem. Assuming that the 220v outlet was the culprit I called Victory Electric.

As it was almost the end of his business hours I fully expected to be told that it would have to wait until the next day to get checked out.

Scott, the owner, picked up the phone and spoke with me. He said he would be to my house in 30 minutes and would take a look at everything.

He showed up shortly thereafter and came and took a look. He found that the outlet was in working order and even took a look at the dryer for us. Unfortunately it appears as tho the dryer, and the backup dryer we own are both dead and the outlet is in working order.

Scott said he wasn’t going to charge us and was very polite and willing to offer suggestions. A very awesome experience.

I will definitely be calling him in the future for any electrical issues we might have.

I found myself in a real pinch with a property I was renovating. I did not expect to do a full panel replacement prior to the power company turning power back on. This meant I had siding and roofing guys working off a single generator. My usual electrician was many weeks out, and could not get us in. I called around and couldn't find anyone even willing to come out and bid the job for 3 weeks. I called Victory Electric and they had someone out a few days later. The job was completed in less than a week from when I first called. The job included a new panel, new power mast, and inspection by power lineman to ensure the drop was sufficient. It was a big job. Victory electric handled everything and got it don’t quick and with great attention to detail. The panel wiring inside looked fantastic after. I would highly recommend them, and I will definitely be using them for my projects going forward.
