Found some sort of leak under our sink on a Sunday, they came out Monday morning, immediately and professionally diagnosed the problem, and were prepared with the right parts to replace the damaged, leaky part and installed a new one. In and out in under and hour and now everything works better than before!! These guys are the only plumber I’ll be calling!

Matt came at the end of the day on request to remove obstruction from our septic line. He and his helper already had a long day but they were friendly and got right to work. Job well done, and I couldn't be happier.

They were awesome! The young men were so respectful and friendly. They were prompt and fixed the problem with our sump pump quickly. I have enjoyed everyone I've encountered at this business. It's wonderful to know there are still caring companies around.

Carter plumbing made it out to help us in record time when the other plumbers couldn’t make it for 24 hrs. My husband was a bit rude to them because he thought they were doing it wrong and the Carter guy calmly and respectfully explained exactly what he was doing and why. Very nice job of handling a know-it-all customer! He was right and resolved the blockage in the plumbing quickly and effectively all the while explaining to my husband what he was doing and why. My smart husband says he doesn’t even mind the very reasonable bill as he learned something valuable. We will be calling Carter Plumbing first next time we have any plumbing issues. And my husband has great respect for this plumber.

I've hired Carter's twice for misc. repairs. Today was the 2nd time that employee Dylan Carper arrived to fix my issues (Matt is equally terrific). Dylan was just as kind & respectful this recent visit, as he was the first. The office staff is also terrific. Such gifts to our community.

Nice prompt work, but seemed like a lot of money for an hour job.

They have yet to contact me regarding an estimate fao a project that I was wanting to do before winter sets in. Been over a week since I made the phone call.

Had a plumber come out to look at our garbage disposal because we wanted it removed. The sink had backed up so he decided to drain it, without telling us it would cost us anything, to do the inspection. We we were told we'd hear back in a day or two. We didn't hear back for a week so we had another company come and do the work. Once we did hear back we were told we owe for a service even though we only asked for an inspection and estimate. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
