Work was completed in less than 24 hours after the claim was made. All personnel were very professional.

Dimitri called ahead to see if he could arrive early, which we really appreciated. He showed up on time, was incredibly polite, professional, and personable, and finished the job quickly. We’re very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

Fast, friendly, and professional. Showed up a few minutes early and our kitchen sink was fixed in an hour!

Replaced the old galvanized steel water line to the toilet as well as the shower since they were already under the house. Great service and installation.

This isn’t the first time they’ve helped me out — they did a fantastic job fixing the previous botched installation on my water heater (by a different company), and now they’ve just hooked up the plumbing for my new pool heater. Every time, their work has been top-notch, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend them!

Haven't done business with them yet, because they diagnosed my problem, and taught me how to fix it myself. We'll definitely look to them when I have a bigger job beyond my skills though!
Great communication, very knowledgeable.

Water heater removal was brutal as I knew it would be because of all the calcium in it as well as the VERY NARROW space. Very professional employee and a hard worker. This is the 2nd job they've done for us and I'm extremely happy with the jobs and the costs on both.

Main toilet is still broken the insides fell apart. The back toilet is still leaking. When he left his final message he said it should all be fixed and he hopes he doesn't have to keep coming back??? What does that mean?? Fix it please and thank you

I am a bit late posting this but they came back and made everything right!!! It was just a glitch in communication and they went above and beyond taking care of the situation !!! I would definitely recommend Freewater Pluming to follow through with what is needed. Thank you for taking care of me. Very greatful for the kindness and follow through.

Showed up on time and only took a few minutes to diagnose the problem. Had a part in hand in 30 min and completed the repair shortly after. We will use Freewater again.

Scott was our plumber. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable. He cleared our stopped up bathroom sink line quickly. We are happy with the service we received.

Very good service! The two plumbers who did the work were able to problem solve what was causing the clog and they fixed the shower and even replaced the shower head! They kept in good communication letting me know when they would be arriving and completed the work quickly and efficiently.

Free Water plumbing showed up early and got our Faucet and Drain sealed up for us tight. We had them out to the hiuse again because they did such a great job the first time around!
