I really appreciated this companies honesty. When our AC was no longer cooling, they spotted a leak and confirmed it was due to their installation from 2 years prior and took care of this repair. The technician had great communication and we will continue to use their services.

This is our second time using Efficiency Heating & Cooling. They are thorough, taking the time to walk through the experience - from start to finish. They did our central Ac/heating install as well as an AC split unit installation. This recent installation, like the first, had a knowledgeable technician and friendly service. I recently had a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat heat pump installed at my small 100-year-old house by Efficiency Heating and Cooling. I talked to at least four different companies for this job, and have talked to many other companies and installers for previous jobs, but Efficiency Heating and Cooling are the first I've ever hired.

Jason was the one who gave me the quote, and he was great. I do all of my own work including pulling permits, so I'm usually skeptical of hiring anyone and had a lot of uncommon technical questions. It turns out Jason has installed these himself, so the questions were no problem for him. Basically no other company could give me that confidence. He is also great to be around.

On the day of the install Seven and Kellen showed up right on time. Their install quality exceeded my expectations. These are guys who really know how things work and think about what they're doing. I know this because I asked them a lot of questions and learned a ton from them. These guys were real pros, actual expert builders.

After every interaction with their team, I knew these guys would be the best choice and it turned out perfectly.

Meredith was awesome. She came out super quick and fixed our a/c just in time. She even recommended some setting options to increase efficiency. All of my questions were answered, and she was super friendly. I can't say enough good things.

David was incredibly knowledgeable and unbelievably friendly. He gave us a detailed breakdown of what’s needed to replace our AC and furnace, as well as helped us find the right solution for our home. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a home service producer. 10/10.

Rob came out to give me an estimate on a new system. He is very good at his job and I appreciated the detailed information he gave and will give it thoughtful consideration.

Always on time, courteous and helpful. Jim has always solved the problem quickly and explain the service or repair needed. They are our go to people for HVAC issues. And our dog Waylon, crazy Aussie, loves Jim.

Efficiency was recommended to us by a friend in the trade who knows the owner of Efficiency from childhood, and their service was excellent. They adhere to safety standards by showing profile photos in appointment reminders and technicians come with their profile in hand to compare. Each technician that came out for the estimate and installation were excellent. They provided several option setups and estimates and during install even detected a gas leak in the water heater, which they fixed! We have been incredibly pleased with their service and will continue to use them. I ill 100% recommend them in the future!

I have been using this company for well over a decade. They even saved me from a very expensive replacement by fighting for me with the place I had purchased my furnace from, to honor their warranty. It was ending the month I was getting the repair work done. I recently had to replace that unit, and felt very good about going with Efficiency. They have consistently been on time and professional. I also use the twice a year furnace/AC service. I like knowing everything is done right and I'm not the one having to do it anymore :)

Jim is a great technician who is knowledgeable and professional. He understands the importance of his HVAC role and yet views it from a customer prospective. He is quick to ascertain issues and remedy problems while simultaneously keeping customers in-the-know. Thank You Jim!

We had to change from oil heat to a heat pump and air conditioning setup. We had Jason from Efficiency Heating and Cooling come out and give us a Quote. He was able to give us an estimate right then. We had another estimate from someone else, however the deciding factor was Efficiency Heating could do it right away and have it done in a day. They held true to that. we were very happy with the outcome and the work ethic was spot on. A day later Nick came out and cleaned our ducts. It was very convenient that they also offer duct cleaning. Nick was very good at what he does. Very impressed. I would highly recommend Efficiency Heating and Cooling. Wonderful Crew.

Very satisfied with this company they are family owned business and have been so easy to work with we are very pleased that we found them. We have talked to multiple places. We have been without an ace heat pump for a few years because we couldn’t find anyone that worked with propane or any financing. We’re so lucky to find this company. Jason Sean is our technician/ agent who will be working with our unit very professional. We are super satisfied. If you’re not looking to spend a big portion of money right out of your pocket Right away this is your place to go. Chloe is a girl in the office. I gave her five stars. She’s trying to work with my schedule to make it happen. She keeps in contact all the time and with text messaging it’s very nice.

So far so good! The crew that installed this did an excellent job. They were professional and worked all day to install our new heater pump. The heater is so quiet. And we got air con too! So we will have to wait a few months to see how that feels. First time we’ve had air con. I wish Heater pumps weren’t so expensive. But this is life. We really enjoyed the down to earth talk/demo they gave us when we had a few different companies come out and put in their bid. We appreciated the honesty.

Ray was very responsive with questions during the estimate process, and was honest about the requirements needed for my houses system. Johnny and Diego were awesome installers, they let us know what was happening during the installation, and had photos of the areas most people don’t want to go into.

This was technician Jim's second maintenance trip for my beloved Mitsubishi Mini-Split. He gave it the annual maintenance treatment, installed a surge protector, cleaned everything and made it look new again. He also helped me fix the clock on my remote. He's just the best! I love my heating/cooling unit -- quiet, efficient, cost-effective -- and I plan to have it maintained every year. Cheers to Jim! He knows his stuff.

We've used Efficiency for several years now because they are great. Used one other company once and the service just didn't compare. Everyone at Efficiency, from customer service to their techs, has been pleasant. Jason has come to our home several times--very kind and knowledgeable in service and providing the best and latest recommendation and estimates. The other day Meredith came to our home as our service tech and she was awesome as well. Very thorough and detail-oriented in her testing of our systems, assessment and recommendations. I appreciate a good, honest company like this one.
