What an excellent way to figure out what's wrong with your appliance problem. They had my broken down fridge diagnosed in 15 minutes and had me on their repair schedule then next day!

Had a little mix up, but after expressing my concern, the owner Scott called me to resolve. I was grateful to know that Appliance Gurus cared enough to make things right.

This service is sub par. The tech specifically said he'd reach back out to me with a part number. I've waited weeks and have reached out numerous times. I'd like a refund of my money. They provided services of zero value to me.

Will not return calls or money. We purchased a 900+ part and 6 months ago. They have not responded to multiple request for a status on the part. When we asked for a refund... crickets.

Their business concept is great, however on the call they sounded like they were reading off of the user manual. They suggested they replace a part, which took 2 weeks for them to get. On the call, they didn't do any further diagnostics beyond taking my description of the problem. Then they couldn't get anyone out to replace it for another 2 weeks. By that time, they said the washer had to be replaced. 4 weeks for something that could have been done in an hour.
