Customer service was top notch. They were able to provide prompt service at a fair price and were able to fix the issue with my washing machine. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Needed help with an odd commercial fridge, and even though they couldn't service it, they took the time to not only suggest someone else locally but also found a number with the manufacturer that they thought might help me find someone. They definitely went above and beyond to help, even though they knew it wasn't them.

Just found this place. What a great guy and very friendly. He helped me with a simple problem that was user error. I will update this review to add more when we need to use his services at the house, which always seems to happen with our appliances.

Great service! Came out the next day and had our freezer up and running with a part he had on the truck. Will definitely be our first call if we ever are in need again.

My washer was acting up and I wasn't confident to fix the issue myself, saw that this company had great reviews and called. They got me in right away and fixed the issue. Honest, courteous, and answered all my questions, definitely recommend.

Our range shorted out and I called around to see who to use. I spoke with Dan (I think that was his name). He was helpful and came out the next day. He fixed it and the whole thing was $149. Excellent!

on a Saturday mind you our freezer went kaput, I not only found this shop open, I was set to spend $103 dollars for a motor and fan, in fact I already paid him for it, Paul tested it and told me the motor was good ,he erased the credit card transaction and his profit and charged me four dollars for the fan. as long as this shop is in town I will go nowhere else. Very non greedy, honest and obliging. thanks Paul.

I am very impressed with this place, they have excellent customer service. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and excellent prices. He took his time explaining to me how to repair an appliance that I had no idea about and he made sure I didn't buy anything that I didn't need. I've been here twice and both experiences were exactly the same. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else.

Needed heating element for my dryer. Multiple shops told me they were on back order for months due to Covid. Discovered Hebert's and he had the part in and at a good price! Friendly service.

Great Experience!!! I called several places on a Saturday wanting to fix my washer on my day off.. little did I know almost all appliance parts stores are closed on weekends and every open shop I called didn't have my part, a simple GE front load washer door seal / gasket. So... About to give up and call in sears I called Herberts. They were open! Had my part, and charged me $40.00 less than standard TV and appliance, who.. oh yes, they also didn't have the part on hand.. the customer service was awesome with free advice on what to watch out for while doing the installation.. I hope it won't be soon, but whenever I need more appliance part's Herbert's is definitely first on my list!!!

I will definitely recommend this store to anyone who is need of appliance parts!
